My daughter and I was traveling from Green Bay Wi. to Pennsylvania and we got a trailer tire blow out on rt. 39 south. Luckily it happened just before the exit . We got the truck off the road, and slowly krept to the shop. The good tire that wasn't blown was coming apart but still intact. I asked them for 2 trailer tires and they was closing in 20 minutes. He got the sizes and said no problem I have 4. Terry and the entire staff were awesome in our time of need. They treated us like family, and had us safely back on the road in 30 minutes. I was lucky where this happened, it could have been the in middle of the night in bad weather. Carl's Automotive repair shop is full of professional class acts. Thank you all! Highly recommend!!!!!

I went in very close to thanks giving. Note I own a 93 Ford ranger the valve cover gasket is under my engine. It needed replaced, the entire exhaust system, 2 O2 sensors , oil leaks , they were able to squeeze me in a couple days after Thanksgiving for an estimate I haven't been it for it yet but being able to do such a big job and squeeze me in is amazing his prices are way way better then fair. It's an amazing shop and the ppl are great

a plate on my car was improperly put back on by a jiffy lube. I was 200 miles from home and 1 minute before they closed, this wonderful mechanic graciously helped fix my car to help me on my way. Thank you Carls Automotive!!!

Two adults, a senior, and a service dog were on their way from Cincinnati to Whitewater Wisconsin at 3 p.m. on Friday of Independence Day weekend. Our van's alternator gave out and we literally coasted into Carl's Automotive. Did I mention it was 3 p.m. on Friday of a four-day weekend? The folks at Carls (Terry, Kari, and Jon) were amazing! Despite having a full workload in their bays, they recognized our somewhat desperate situation and got to work. The located an alternator and had it installed in 90 minutes. They encouraged us to hang out in their air-conditioned, spatious, and spotless waiting area. Kari was so friendly and made us feel at ease. We didn't realize until later (he was so quiet and unassuming), but we are pretty sure it was the owner Jon who fixed our van. We were so happy we took a photo with Kari and Terry (so sorry to have missed Jon). Thank you so much, Carls Automotive--a great FAMILY-run business!

My car incurred damage due to high winds and became inoperable (a shield came off and was scraping). I was 2 hours from home. I limped it into Carl's Automotive. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes and for an unbelievably low price. Honest, kind and helpful. Thank you!
