Constant outtages. Highly unprofessional. They do not return calls, or claim they are "on a call" when you call and then never call back. Internet had been out for over a month, and someone showed up at our home (did not call, email, or send anything in the mail)- Not to fix the issue, but to say they had not recieved payment in a few months and ask for payment- true because our service had not been working and we had no access to the internet. When we stated ours had not been working, he said we should have called so he could come fix it. We had called several times. He asked if we were goijg with a different company, and we told him yes because we had not had service in so long, at which he rudly asked for their router back. We happily handed i5 over since it wasn't providing internet anyway. Would not recommend.

Once again at the time change the cable boxes electronic programming guide take a crap! You can still watch tv thankfully but you can't record anything, may seem small but you do pay extra for this service and it happens every time change for day light savings! They know it will happen, so is it really impossible for 1 employee to come in and reset it? The employees are friendly and the price is great but the product is horribly inconsistent. When it goes out, ive heard "its just to cold outside" from their staff. Weird 8 miles south of me a different cable company does not have that problem...

internet is terrible , when u call them they will just tell u its your wireless router or that ur pc/phone/tablet isnt good enough and everything is fine on their end , even though the internet goes out everyday at 6pm til 12 pm.

Do not I repeat DO NOT get this internet service. The service is terrible. When you call because your internet isn't working they don't care. They "reset" your service from their office which does nothing. They don't send anyone out to investigate and fix the issue. This is hands down the absolute worst service I have ever had. When you cancel they don't care or apologize or even ask why. They won't issue a refund to pro rate the month of unused service. They lie to you all the time. They claim no one else is complaining of issues. I know that is a lie because other people I know who have their internet told me they have same issues and keep calling. Just a terrible company who does NOT care if their service works. They don't care if their customers are unhappy.

We tried to have internet hooked up so the technician installed a new cable line but couldn’t get our new modem and router to work, and even when he used his modem it didn’t work. After the technician was told that there was already a hole in the side of the house for the cable line he still went ahead and drilled a new one.

Extremely horrible customer service,t don't inform you of what's going on. They claim to be a high-speed internet company but they can't even keep their internet going. They're okay with lots of bad reviews. I'm not for sure how they stay in business. The only thing I found that I like is that I can leave a review on how bad they are. I just want to say screw this company and it's not advisable to ever try to get internet from them.

We are extremely disappointed in the service we have received from this company. We began this journey on 6-14-19 when we ordered services for a new apartment. Between June 14th and July 11th we called and emailed daily with no response from anyone. Finally, on July 11th we receive and email stating "Your request has been received and is being reviewed" As of today 8/1/19 we still do not have cable! Please beware when ordering services from this company.

This cable is the most junk cable anyone will ever be involved with. Internet is shut down at 3 PM and AM, every day. Also at 9 am to clear all the people that left their computer on.

In sorry for having to post a low 2 star. But the highlight is the internet (non capped). The low rating is for the CABLE side. The issue is very bad reception and it will go out for hours. If the internet is down your cable is also gone kinda sucks they put it in the same system that way. However they are the only company that carries FSMW as a local channel where every other company like dish or mediacom and every streaming service says im out of market even though MLB and NHL says im in market.
