“Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr Tyrey and her amazing techs! Having a large dog who tends to come off shy & reserved can make vet visits stressful for both myself & my dog. I was amazed at how they approached her, initially from a distance and at sitting level on the floor in our room. They spent far more time with her than any other vet has ever done and waited until she shyly approached them. They won her over and even though we are dealing with a tough case, she comes into the building on her own without having to coax her in with each visit. She rarely kisses anyone other than family on occasion, yet she has given soft kisses to the staff when they are working on her. I cannot be more impressed! Their staff is truly one of a kind!”

They care, not only about your pet(s), but also you as the owner. They make sure to explain the diagnosis, treatment, and next steps with knowledge and compassion! The front desk staff are always friendly when they greet you and don't rush you when you need to set up an appt or get a message to your doctor! I can't say enough nice things about the people who work there! Plus ALL of my dogs love them too!!!!”

I have been going to her Belleville Animal Clinic for all sorts of surgeries and routine medical issues with my pets. “Had to take my cat in emergently today and dr Tim was able to see him and treat him promptly! I had the worst experience of my life at a different vet office and wasn't looking forward to my visit today but he was kind compassionate and Honest and did just the care that was needed for my fur baby! He made me feel at ease that my cat would live unlike the other facility that made me feel like today we would be saying goodbye to our cat because we couldn't afford to unblock him again at their cost which was over 1000$!!!! I would highly recommend dr Tim because he only did what was necessary for my cat and did not try to nickel and dime me. I am very thankful for that since my budget was very scarce due to spending almost 1500$ 4 days ago for the same issue! I will be going back for routine services with dr Tim and his office! Everyone was so kind to me even in my emotional state and I appreciate them for that! Thank you dr tim you restored my faith in humanity again today”

“Had 2 appointments today and my puppy was excited! Just needed a shot and the staff made the process so simple I don't think she even knew she got the shot. But then we had another appointment to put a long time family pet to sleep. The staff was very caring and sympathetic in a genuine way. Dr. Linton and the staff took amazing care of him while they unblocked him but unfortunately last night he blocked again. After Dr. Linton talked me through our options, I made the decision to have my boy put down. Everyone was so compassionate and helped make the process as painless for him as it could be. I will miss him every day but I will never forget how wonderful Dr. Linton and her team were to him.”

“I absolutely love this vet. Waterloo is so lucky to have a vet staff that is well-trained and doesn't upcharge you. I was so used to this great place that when I left the Saint Louis area, I was shocked at how terrible most vets are. They overcharge you and many seem uncaring. Vets we've seen in other places barely check out our dogs and sometimes get annoyed with them when they're scared (Hello! Going to the vet is scary for many dogs!!). Highly highly recommended. I dearly miss going to this place.”

“When I got my first two dogs, I just picked the nearest vet to my house. Every time we would go my dogs would get super anxious and even p*** on the floor sometimes in the office because of how anxious they were. I felt like the veterinarian was very dry and didn't care very much, but being these my first dogs, I just assumed maybe that was normal. After seeing my dogs be scared to go to the vet too many times I decided to switch to this vet. And I just want to say this is by far one of the best vets, ever. On our very first visit, I made sure that the doctors and staff knew that my dogs were anxious from the previous vet experiences, and that they might even need to be muzzled. When we got into our room, the doctor came in and sat with both of my dogs on the floor for roughly 15 minutes just letting them get used to her. Then while the nurse was petting them and distracting them, she gave them both their shots and they didn't even flinch. I'm not a mother, but if I was I would assume that it would be terrible to have to watch her kids be anxious every time they go to the doctor. I can't explain the relief I felt seeing that my dogs were comfortable and that this doctor obviously cared so much. Seeing the outside of this building makes you think this place is going to be so expensive. Luckily it's not, it's SO reasonably priced and for the care you receive - it's priceless. I've been here a few times now for appointments, and I can say whole heartedly that every employee I've spoken to has been so nice and so professional! Even when calling, the employees over the phone are always so nice (Vanessa) You can tell all those people love their job. Thank you guys so much for providing top-of-the-line care, I appreciate it so much.”
