It has never failed that I go humbly into our Post Office with an unusual problem and throw myself on the mercy of their counter. It can be James or any of the staff that reassure me they've got this, and they do. Cheerfully, without making me feel like the inadequate customer I feel I am! I mailed a pkg from MN to Millstadt for a Christmas gift. They "attempted" a delivery on 12/23/22 & couldn't due to no access?? Not sure what that would have been! Haven't tried a repeat delivery as of today 12/29/22! Yesterday phone was off hook all day, today they just wont answer! Can even complain to useless POSTMASTER WALTER RICH because has same number!!!

Horrible service. They leave the phone off the hook every single day. Several of the employees seem uninterested in doing their job well. I constantly get my neighbors’ mail and my mail goes missing often. A new carrier started about 6 months ago and he refuses to take our outgoing mail. He’s terrible and doesn’t seem to care if he’s doing his job well.

The postal worker here are nice, efficient, and professional. They go out of their way help you. They have a thankless job that most people take for granted. I’ve lived in this community for 30+ years and the few problems I’ve had were quickly resolved.

Once again, our package was left on the driveway, in the pouring rain and we have a covered front porch! I've complained in person, numerous times and it has done no good! I have a picture, I wish I could add it here. Terrible!
