After a long ordeal of trying to get him seen, we ended up with a virtual visit with our provider back home. They could only prescribe his antibiotics to a pharmacy in Ohio. However, Andrea was so incredibly helpful in getting his prescription transferred from our home CVS in Ohio to this one in Belleville. One phone call and within 30minutes his prescription was ready. We are really happy with the care and service we received from Andrea and the team at this location. This exemplifies why CVS is our preferred pharmacy no matter where we are.”

“Dr called script to wrong pharmacy for an inhaler, called Carlyle store 3 times and dr office 3 times and finallybthey h!ve the script only to be told by it wouldn't be available until Thursday!! I called Cahokia to see if they had the inhaler and could be pulled to that store so I could pick it up and drive it to Belleville. They were nice enough to tell me that it had been sent to the cvs on Carlyle and gave me the number so she could get her inhaler tonight so she could breath!! Thank you so much!! “The service I receive is always great. It’s the members I’d love to leave a review on. As far as I can remember, shopping at Sam’s Club as a member means you will have your receipt scanned and I’ve known this since I was 5 years old.So I guess I am floored that it is still somehow a shock to people that this happens every time they leave.I also believe the last thing you should do is continuously ram the person scanning your receipt or even cussing them out as they are just doing their job. Basic human decency is out the door and I’m just disgusted. They don’t get paid enough to deal with the behavior and luckily for me as a fellow customer I get paid nothing and can have something to say to you. Unfortunately, I cannot leave reviews for members as much as I’d love to.So I hope you read some of these reviews with a grain of salt. As they have probably been one of those disgusting members themselves, which I would love the pleasure of ramming THEM with a cart as the employee cannot ?”

“Yesterday I received the best service! I wish I remembered her name. The pharmacy was jam packed inside and in the drive thru. I needed some supplies from the pharmacy along with prescriptions. She came out and helped me find everything I needed. It was so sweet. Luckily I don't need the pharmacy very often, but when I do, I will continue to go to CVS.”

“This is one of the rare stores still offering 24 hour service. We recently moved to Belleville so we transferred our prescriptions to this Walgreens store. I've gone inside to make a purchase, as well as used the drive through for script pickup. For the inside purchase, one of my items had been misplaced on the shelf causing me to think it was a clearance/last chance marked down item. When I questioned the higher price, the cashier was kind enough to check the stocked item and saw the misleading price. She adjusted the price to the "sales" price. The drive through is extremely busy. I mistakenly went at rush hour and waited so long that I drove off and came back at less busy time. Petra at the drive through was the nicest cashier I've encountered at ANY retail store in a verrry long time. She was working both drive thru lines solo and she still managed to be pleasant, patient and helpful. Customer service here has been top notch. This location would have received five stars but the parking lot desperately needs sweeping and a good power wash. The outside of the store isn't as clean and tidy as other locations.”

“The Sam's Club in OFALLON is is great wholesale warehouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and the prices are very reasonable even if there are only two of you in the house. They usually have the best gas prices in the Metro East. We got a premium membership which paid for itself with the purchase of a full set of tires. They also have a discount pharmacy which is very helpful. We have also purchased batteries at significant savings. The bulk purchases are great for stocking your pantry or buying for the office or shop.”
