The best service anywhere I've had on my vehicles. Justin always goes out of his way to take care of even the minor things I might not pay attention to while servicing my vehicles. A few weeks back I drove off to later notice my door was opening correctly and my temperature was now reading in Fahrenheit.

I was referred to J R German Tech Center from another shop who was nervous about working on a BMW. Justin is the MAN. Took amazing care of my car for years. The only reason I don't still use him is I moved out of state. If you're in the STL Metro East, and you have a German car, there's no where else to go. Great work, super honest, you can tell he has a passion for these cars. Support a great local business and bring your car to J R German Tech Center.

I have taken my 2012 C350 to at least 5-6 mechanics in the surrounding area. None of them were able to diagnose and evaluate my car at the level Justin was. In fact, I discovered that most of them were using cheaper parts not suited for my car. He understands Mercedes and is able to explain everything to you very clearly. I had him evaluate a check engine light and he walked me through various options without ever pushing the most expensive/invasive treatment. He replaced some cam shaft solenoids, couple valves, and a wheel bearing for my car. Twice the final bill was at least 100 below the quoted price. I refuse to take my car to anyone else , highly recommend!Service: Check engine light diagnostic
