They are convenient, the staff have always been friendly and helpful.One issue though, they are not the most secure bank. They do not support multiple factor authentication (MFA). They simply use e single factor auths. That is similar to using 2 passwords where one of the passwords is something about you that could be easily obtained on the internet.I have asked them if and when they intend to implement MFA. For over a year the answer has always been we are working on it.”

“If you are tired of unnecessary bank charges open an account with Together Credit Union! They are truly the best. No incoming wire charges just one example. Online banking like all the rest, great security for online banking as well. The best home loans no junk fees padding the loan officer’s pockets! Those fees all sound legitimate but they are not. I am a Realtor and lenders still have junk fees call Together credit union and ask for Melissa Imo Moffit she is truly the best lender I have ever worked with after 30 years as a Realtor I have worked with a lot! Hands down Together Credit Union is a great banking Institution!”

Because he banked at Regions ( as well as my two sisters), we set up his estate account through Regions. I must say that every employee that l have dealt with has been informative, friendly and helpful. The services provided are excellent, and there are a myriad of locations available to serve me. In future, l may use Regions for my banking needs. At this time, l have already established my regular accounts at another bank.”
