Went in to pick up a pizza get some lottery and stuff. Got my pizza it was good. But will probably not be back and didn't buy lottery because the guy behind the counter was downing and talking bad about the circle k down the road. Promote your business fine but if you have to down others to do it, not to mention hard workers in your same field, than I will go to your competitor.

Poor customer service. They do not care about customer care or provide ways to contact general managers. Update: I did leave feedback at Casey's contact us online. There has been no response since I made contact last Thursday. Point made, poor customer service continues...

They don't even answer the phone half the time. It's 834pm been trying the last half hour. They are open for carry out until 1030pm. But they'll leave their phone off the ringer so you'll get a busy message. Way to go Caseys Co. Hire whomever too keep the lights on. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! SO FED UP WITH THIS CASEYS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I hate that they changed the popcorn chicken recipe I tried it because I thought it would be better but I was extremely disappointed it was disgusting in my opinion I would not recommend this if you do not like change in recipes like this. I asked if they would change it anytime soon and they won't. Very disappointing.

They can not keep paper in the pay at the pump. And you get excuses like day shift didnt fill it or night shift didnt fill it. Nobody cares who didnt fill it. I stopped going to Circle K because they couldnt keep paper in the pump about to stop going here as well.

Great place to buy gas, cigarettes or tobacco products and food and beverages. Also has hot food readily available for purchase as well as pastries. Okay prices for the convenience. Easy parking and handicap accessible.

Awful company to work for. The management is lazy, reaps the benefits, and freely does what they want. If you are however a low end employee, you will be left with everything to do as far as everyday upkeep, be reemed for leaving one thing undone by management, who will refuse to do certain things themselves, and have it impossible to have your schedule fluctuate under circumstances you cant control. If hired you will more than likely never get a full time title, but however be expected to work the hours. You will be frowned upon for having another job, or searching for one whilst here. The awful double standardized and in one case unhygienic management will make you want to run to the hills.
