Used to be the best pharmacy, not anymore! When I tried to pick up my prescription they wanted to know if I knew how much and how often I was supposed to take my new meds. You'd think they would have reached out to the doctor's office when filling the prescribed if this information was missing. Pharmacist was rude!!!Hours are not like they used to be and not open on the weekend at all! Not convenient for customers. It's unfortunate but I think they are truly under staffed. It's sad? I'm probably going to find a new pharmacy after 40 years of using Walgreens. These are the reason they are closing so many stores.

Hours are completely sporadic and it’s hard to get prescriptions at times because they never have a pharmacist or other staff working. Would recommend cvs across the street or hyvee. Get it together Walgreens

Surprised the pharmacist is so unfriendly considering circumstances: slim blonde she's sometimes at different locations. Last week employee handed me incorrect prescription (same last name wrong first). As a healthcare worker myself I have so much empathy for the overworked wonderful humans out there I get it mistakes happen! This was for my grandmother didn't pay much attention but Grammy caught it luckily. Went in to return incorrect prescription expected to be greeted with apology and get it swapped out no issues. They apologized; however, I requested to speak with pharmacist in charge to kindly request she make note of the mistake. She accused me of "possibly" providing the wrong name to fish for prescriptions.. excuse me?. Not true I did provide you with the birthdate and address so unless this person has the same birthday/address/last name (and we don't know her) it would be impossible for mistake to be my fault. Very unusual.

Every time I order prints from here, they always come out perfect! Inside they have a lot to buy, especially during the holidays! Nice place to stop at. Would recommend this store.

EDIT!! 8/11/2022 Walgreens in Milan, Illinois In my original post, I said the store staff is wonderful. That is absolutely incorrect. I returned an item from a $75 dollar purchase (debit) that was $29.99 with a receipt and with in 5 days of purchase. They (Consuela) refused to give me my money back in the form of which I paid. BECAUSE of the Walgreens rewards dollars. I used the $5 rewards cash on my original $75 dollar purchase because of this they refused to give me my money back and gave me a in store credit. Consuela was rude, giving attitude and extremely unhelpful during this whole transaction. I told them keep their $5 and just give me the balance back. They still flat out refused. No where on the receipt does it say this. Walgreens is a thief and the employees there are rude and condescending, especially Consuela. So all in all, Walgreens still stole my money because I have to spend the in store credit in their store. Plus you gotta love it when all the employees run to the back to call the main manager but still looking at you as they talk about you. Beware of the ‘cash rewards’ program… it does not benefit you and they steal from you! The store staff is always wonderful. The reason for the 1 star is the pharmacy staff. I am a Type 1 diabetic, when I run out of my insulin pen needles and I can’t get to Walmart to buy them I stop at Walgreens to get insulin syringes, I just buy 1 or two packs of 10 to get me by until I can go get my usual pen needles. This particular lady makes you feel like a drug user, like you are doing something wrong for buying insulin syringes… a lifesaving instrument for me. You can tell she is judging you, looks at you like you are beneath her and not friendly in the slightest. She asked for my ID which has never happened before and once again just looked at me when I told her again I needed two packs when she brought only 1. I explained, I ran out of my pen needles and could not get to Walmart… once again she just looked at me like I was beneath her. One other pharmacy (about a month ago) staff member there said to me “you don’t look like a drug user, so I will sell it to you”.

Lazy employees saying order isn't in. Finally three hours later told they better check carefully. It was there. Then another hour. Lazy people

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars, I would. Drive thru never open. Line inside always long. Hours never consistent or even posted besides on the door. Staff are rude because they are so over worked. Like get it together walgreens. Give your staff the tools and resources to do their jobs.
