I'm trying to reach a human being by phone and cannot do that, I keep getting the runaround on your stupid phone system it would be nice if I human being would answer that is what my tax dollars are going for after all. I received the text that said it heats me to complete an address on a package and I went to do that thinking it might be a scam thing I'd like to talk to somebody about it but no can't reach anybody on the phone.

I came to pick up a package that said couldn't be delivered. The blonde girl was snarky and rude sitting on her phone. She was sarcastic about "well how would you have an email from us we don't even have your email address" it was informed delivery so they in fact did email me. Very unprofessional.

This is just another time my package was "delivered to the mailbox", but it wasn't there. I tried to resolve it on their website, but even the website won't work correctly. My guess is, my package was probably sent to another mailbox, like the last time. I've been doing my best to be nice to the deliverers on this route, but I'm beginning to lose my patience.

worst customer service known to man. Guy who answered the phone was rude and said "he didnt have time to answer questions on the phone." should be fired on the spot. dont do business with them ever.

Payed for a PO Box but this post office can't find my mail even after receiving informed deliveries with photos of the mail delivered. I payed for an empty box for 4 months and still haven't received ONE thing! No refund of course so better off burning my money.

I’ve had great experience with this post office. The employees have always been super nice and helpful. I recommend them for anyone who needs assistance with mailing packages.

This post office is suppose to deliver my package 3 days ago, but I still have not received it! I have not heard anything from them, and no updates on the delivery progress info on the website either... Very unprofessional! The phone number given on their website is the national usps's customer service!! I WOULD RATE MEDIOCRE if there's an option for it!

Opens at 9 but 9:15 standing in line had to ring the bell and bang on the door for 5 min for the manager to finally say it will be 15 more min before they open. Why not change the hours to 9:20 am

I was at the Milan IL. office today and dealt with what may be the most condescending human I've ever been around. I'm sure that I can't use the "C" word on here, but if the shoe fits..... You should fire her and the person that hired her.
