I had been using them for many years but this last time I took my truck in I was told my truck needed so many repairs I almost got rid of it. I only put 1,000-3,000 max milage on it per year because I drive my car but I faithfully take it to Hughes for oil change rotation and inspection. I am not sure how I ended up with a leaking transmission and leaking coolant really bad shocks/struts bad tie rods and ball joints. I was also missing a lug nut so they thought that I needed to pay extra for that. When a person only uses one place for everything and you are missing a lug nut guess what?? Well they did not charge me for that but I ended up with a huge bill and an estimate for repairs that made me ill. I picked up my truck drove for 30 miles or so and I hear a noise, wheel bearing??? Had that replaced a couple of years ago, had to have my truck towed to Hughes. To my surprise my wheel was falling off. Then I was treated poorly and that was my last and final experience with them. AND I do not have a leaking tranmission or coolant. I guess my truck fixed itself.

Went in for a wheel bearing replacement and he was done within the same day. Fast work and honest. We both inspected the bad parts and he gave me some insights about the bad wheel bearings. Would recommend to go to Hughes! I will be back for more repairs!
