My credit was pulled by Tim. After talking to the manager, he assured me, that he would take care of this & have it removed (fixed) as I Never bought a vehicle from them, nor did I inquire about one. Tim Munson does dealings on the side, for housing rentals, under his company’s work name. Very dishonest.

They scammed me 100% sold me a car that died the day we bought it they fixed enough to get me off the lot. It was deemed a dangerous vehicle completely rotted to its core. Other shops won't even work on it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My kids 1st car experience was learn people will rob u blind

The week of Thanksgiving I found myself stranded on the Interstate at 3:00 am due to engine mechanical failure. The first place I thought of was Erickson Chevrolet in Milan, Illinois! In the past my family has always had great service and felt valued. Unfortunately, this encounter was nothing short of disappointing! The so called Service Advisor, Jeremiah Kirby quoted a used engine 3.6 liter V6 LLT replacement with 131,000 miles at just $9,800.00 plus tax of course! I was taken back by the option set forth and told him that I would pick my vehicle up and trailer it home. When I arrived to pay for the so called Diagnosed service of $89.98 and $10.80 for Miscellaneous material charge order, and $ 0.89 sales tax; a grand total of $101.67 paid in full on 11/30/2023. I asked for the Diagnostic codes, Mr. Kirby acted like he had them in hand, but no formal diagnosis or printout of exactly what was wrong. He told me that he had a group of guys listen to the engine and came to the conclusion that the engine needed replaced. I was charge for services not performed but I paid it anyways like a good customer! I caulked it up to poor quality, lose of interest, and arrogance. He did hold the door for me to enter into the service payment desk, which was very thoughtful! I don’t normally respond to Surveys, do to there lack of follow thru and pointless meaning. So many companies talk great marketing upticks but rarely follow thru with true customer service! My personal situation unfortunately is very dire when it comes to reliable transportation, but I will overcome even if I have to drive across the country to find a used engine at the fraction of what was quoted and learn a new skill set of engine replacement. I digress, thank you again for the long past experiences but it is time I move on never to set foot at Ericksons Chevy in Milan, Illinois. Great service to others, Reap life long relationships that carry generations! This is what Chevy was built on! Happy Holidays!Kind regards,Larry ClemonsCustomer Number: 2360509R0 number: 139798Tag Number: T153

Took my Silverado in last Friday for a check engine light issue. They had me in and back on the road in no time. Jeremiah and Bill are awesome to work with. And the technician Austin took the time to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend the Eriksen service department!

I bought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma and could not be happier, my salesman went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or Pre Owned vehicle to highly consider Eriksen Chevrolet.

Bought a used vehicle from a salesman there who told us parts would be ordered and would be installed. We called back to check on the parts and the salesman sleaze had been fired, no longer working there. The new contact told us this and promptly replied..."parts aren't on order, it's bought as is, nothing we can do for you". Will never buy, get serviced or set foot there again.

Bought my truck here and first service was ok. But after that any issues I’ve had they haven’t been fixed. Just recently I need a simple quick thing, air in my tires topped off right and that wasn’t even done right. Older guy in service area made a dumb comment to service tech about me being a woman and Mexican and I wouldn’t know the difference sure enough when I left my tires were at the same air pressure. I wish they had better service. First dealership I’ve had these many problems.

I had a great transaction with Bob at Eriksen's. I came from out of state because Ericksen Chevy was the only place I could find the Chevy Bolt EV I wanted. We negotiated the deal on the phone and via text. Then next day I drove a rental car to Milan, Bob picked me up at the car rental return, we got all the paperwork done, and I was able to hit the road. Smooth transaction by friendly people. I couldn't ask for more!

I would give a thousand stars if I could. The collision center team went above and beyond after an accident that left me in a bad position. They were so kind to me every time we talked, gave me solutions that wouldn’t even benefit them, and made sure I was personally okay during each conversation. The manager Matt was amazing and I can’t be more thankful for everyone working there.

Called Eriksen on Saturday, August 26 around 11am, about a 2023 Chevy 2500 they had in stock. The price was sent in text at $65,985 (see pictures in Google review) They confirmed it was on the lot. My partner let them know he would be on the way in about 2 hours. When my partner arrived they increased the price by almost $1000. When asked why there was a price increase in a matter of two hours the salesman said they put Nitrogen in the tires which was an added $300 and then around $600 for little RFID Or GPS tracking stickers to be placed on the vehicle so it could be found if stolen. We questioned why that was necessary when the vehicle had Onstar to be tracked if stolen? My partner asked them to remove the Nitrogen from the tires and take the stickers off because we just were sent a text that the vehicle was $65,985. The dealership refused and even joked that my partner was being "cheap". A few searches on the internet reveal these stickers are placed so Dealerships/ Law Enforcement can find vehicles if they need to repossess them. The finance man was arrogant and condescending about the salesman we worked with, sales manager refused to take off the extra costs that were added on last minute to mark up the price. Horrible purchasing experience. This dealership is unprofessional and has no integrity, lives up to all the shady things you hear dealerships doing to make a sale.

Everyone from the collision center, Amy, to our sales person Norris, to Ray and Tom went out of their way to help and guide us when our truck was totaled. Eriksens is THE best dealership. We have done business with them for years and it’s their people that keep bringing us back. Thank you ! Oh, and we bought a new truck too.

Erika was great and super friendly! Tom was kind and it was so nice to visit with the owner like the good old days! Barry was so refreshing to be in the lobby. You knew from the second you walked in you were dealing with real people not the trained corporate types that I’m so sick of! Keep on being who you are! Thank-You!
