“I was having issues with my Dell laptop including slow download and lots of buffering. Brought it to Marty and he ran several checks while I waited. He determined the hard drive was failing and suggested upgrading to a solid state drive. He had the repair done by end of day and I picked it up this morning. WOW!! What a difference. A pleasure to use the computer again. Thank you Marty for the great service. A+++++”
“I dealt with Lilly for my 91 year old father in law. He had an old Windows 8 computer that was dying. I live in California and often need to help him with issues related to his computer and online banking etc...I bought him a refurbished Dell tower with Windows 10 installed and called Bit-Tech to make a house call and install it. Lilly was super! All I needed was the computer connected to his existing peripherals, set up a local user account, and install my remote access s/w.I have to be honest, before I called Bit-Tech I was dreading this process but Lilly was exactly what I needed. I'm so impressed with how smoothly this went, I just can't say enough!Thank you Lilly and Bit-Tech!”

“They took care of an AppleCare repair for me. The product was sent to Apple due to the kind of repair needed. Apple did not repair my laptop properly and I contacted MainstreamUSA right away. They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple's mistake. I now have a fully functioning laptop and they were also wonderful to accommodate me as I had to drive a distance in order to drop off and pick up my laptop each time. I highly recommend them for their amazing customer service!”

“I had them build pc from the parts I ordered in Dec 2022. I've built pc's for 20 yrs and was busy but I held off my review to make sure issue I was having could be dealt with, they offered several times for me to bring it back etc. But I held out cause something just wasn't making sense about the issue. In the end they offered to try and figure it out but in the end I think it was issue with the brand new AMD cpu's and software related. Anyway they did a great job building my pc with parts I bought and at a great price too. Pretty good considering it was all brand new parts from just released new tech. You can feel good about giving these guys a chance.”
