“We have serviced our jeep here twice. They are awesome to deal with. The second time, we knew something major was wrong with the jeep but another shop was unable to diagnose it. Took it into Hughes and they gave us a prioritized list of repairs (only 3) and assisted us with different pricing options. They were very good at explaining all of the issues and our options. The jeep is now fixed, despite another shop claiming they couldn’t find anything wrong (it was shaking severely).”

“I took my van in for a broken AC. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, but I expected that! I had a few other issues as well, squeaky brakes, and a clunk from missing engine mount bolts. I knew about the issues already and couldn't afford more work so I didn't say anything about them. When I picked up my vehicle (same day!) the manager asked about the clunk...the technician noticed it and was surprised I didn't say anything. Anyway, he had a bolt or two laying around the shop and put it in. I was told this was at least 80 or 90 dollars a bolt by the Dodge dealership and then I would have to pay for labor on top of that (which is why I was waiting). MVP just took care of it for me while they were in there. I also noticed as I drove away that my squeaky brakes were fixed. It seems they took the time to lubricate them as well.
I am extremely satisfied with the work on my vehicle. It feels like a brand new car and I am so relieved to finally have everything fixed!”

“Called roadside service and they dispatched Kendall towing, it took awhile to get to us but that wasn't at the fault of the driver, we were just a long way away, fantastic service, brought us all the way home Wich is 2 hours away for him!! Great guy would definitely recommend!!!!”
