“I took my van in for a broken AC. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, but I expected that! I had a few other issues as well, squeaky brakes, and a clunk from missing engine mount bolts. I knew about the issues already and couldn't afford more work so I didn't say anything about them. When I picked up my vehicle (same day!) the manager asked about the clunk...the technician noticed it and was surprised I didn't say anything. Anyway, he had a bolt or two laying around the shop and put it in. I was told this was at least 80 or 90 dollars a bolt by the Dodge dealership and then I would have to pay for labor on top of that (which is why I was waiting). MVP just took care of it for me while they were in there. I also noticed as I drove away that my squeaky brakes were fixed. It seems they took the time to lubricate them as well.

I am extremely satisfied with the work on my vehicle. It feels like a brand new car and I am so relieved to finally have everything fixed!”
