The pharmacy used to be great for many years but something has really changed. The staff I have been dealing with lately are quite rude and not supportive at all. I just spent two days waiting for a perscription from my Dr. That they said they would fill, never did and two days later when I checked in again on it I was told to get it over the counter. Would have been nice to be informed of that to begin with.

I called today for my son’s medicine at the pharmacy and the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me and she said his medicine wasn’t ready that they have to put the order but I will get it till Monday she didn’t even check it out to see if they have it,so I went to the pharmacy and a really nice guy who work at the pharmacy I don’t remember his name,he said it was ready and I told him the lady who answered the phone said they didn’t have it yet and he said I don’t know why she said that,I just don’t get why u have people who doesn’t like to do their work and being so rude to the customer,if one of u guys don’t like deal with people just don’t work there and find something you like to do ,the costumers aren’t their fault if u had a bad Day be nice and polite like the guy who attended me..he is a good example to be a good worker

Well first the system was down, then I came back 3 hours later, just to get the same result.I comeback the next day in the evening to up my prescription, just to have a sign saying they are at lunch. It’s 9 pm and you have 2-3 people taking a at the same time, when they close at 10.The prescriptions always take a while and then you get all this. I’m going to avoid coming here. No one seems to care

I went inside the 24hr Walgreens to get sanitary items and they had half of the store blocked off and denied me to get the product that I needed. The employees wouldn’t even go get it for me.

DUMBEST POLICY I'VE EVER HEARD. So I looked up an item to make sure it was in stock. It was 5.99. Pick it up 6.49. Ask the reason,it's cheaper online. Soooo if I purchase online and wait for it in my car, they will send a stock boy to pick it up and bag it....but I go in and do all the leg work they will charge me more. Great business sense. SO FROM NOW ON WHATEVER YOUR NEEDS ARE, ORDER IT ONLINE,GO PICK IT UP FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN CAR AND. SAVE MONEY. .

The best Walgreen's in the area for descriptions. I don't go to the ones in my neighborhood because they hassle me so much about my prescriptions. If it is not in stock, they won't bother telling me; they'll just say my description is being worked on. If I call the stores, I get computerized menus, and they disconnect me when I try to dial out to the operator. Not at the Midlothian location, though. These folks are always really helpful, especially now, when the meds I take are harder to get (due to manufacturer shortages). In all seriousness, getting my descriptions filled can be anxiety-provoking, but not at the Midlo location. And look, I hate to add this, but the women working here have an A+ cleavage game. I typically don't notice things like that--I'm a good person, a moral person, and even the youth gang I joined as a kid (we ransacked Kendall County, Illinois--and we got away with our crimes!) was a God-oriented (actually, I should have written "god-oriented," as we worshipped Lil Kaos, the pagan god of mayhem and punching people in the groin) gang. We spread violence and "goodness" (of a form) in equal measure. Anyway, I'm a good person, so I usually don't notice this sort of stuff. Suffice it to say that this is the only Walgreen's where I go inside to pick up my descriptions. And I ain't exactly hard on the eyes, neither, so the workers are getting something out of it, too, but it's still a thrill for me.

Prescriptions is never ready and whenever they finally say it's ready is only (partially ready for pick up) so you telling me every month y'all got only quantity 2-3 left?

Went for covid/flu test, they told me results will be ready in 20 minutes, the never call, i called 45 minutes later they put me on hold more the 10 minutes with no answer, hung up, called again they put me on hold again for 10 minutes with no answer, i walked in they were not that busy at all, I asked for my test results, until finally got it, they just dont care at all, they wasted a hour of my time for no reason

Never had an issues with this location until this afternoon. Older african lady wanted my Id plus someone else saying I’m with her when she doesn’t even know if I am or not. Of course I was annoyed so I told her can I show her a picture of my id and she said no. Lucky I had another one and she right away decline the sale . What a waste of my time . I asked if the manager is available and she right away told me to walk to photos … lazy worker ! She not professional herself .

Been using this pharmacy for 6 months and every time I call to ask a simple question or fill a script i’m put on hold for 20 minutes and the person on the other line has always been rude.
