I contacted this office with concerns about not receiving my mail(disability benefits and was spoken to in an aggressive and rude manner by the post master, JamesWhen asked to speak with the delivery supervisor I was told “you can’t speak to anyone over me. When i replied, “I will just call back to speak with the supervisor, Ithe post master replied “who cares, do what you want! Then disconnected the call

Came to this location and the girl working 09/22/2022 3:00 pm talks to you like you’re stupid and has the nastiest attitude. It was my first time doing a certified mail so I had to step aside to fix my mistake. When I got back in line a gentleman helped me, he explained very thorough on how I should do it next time. Unlike the other girl who said it with an attitude and all fast.

If I could get negative stars I would.Min or Mix and Domina not sure what there names were since they said I can read their name tags. Worst customer service ,and extremely rude.

My regular delivery person is fine, but the subs, the subs don’t possess brains. I just was twenty feet away from this guy who was dropping off a box and instead of just waiting 5 seconds for me to get to the fence he dropped the box for my dog to destroy. IF A DOG IS JUMPING AT A FENCE HES OBVIOUSLY GONNA RIP THE FING PACKAGE UP JUST PUT IT SOMEWHERE NEAR THE DOOR BUT OUT OF HIS REACH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DELIVERY PEOPLE KEEP GIVING MY DELIVERIES DIRECTLY TO MY PITBULL.
