So I used to come here before with my old Pontiac. Long story short they screwed up and couldn’t even put my oil filter on so put my old one on with a new oil change then handed me the damn new one. I file a complaint and their boss says next time I come in I’ll get a discount. So I went in couple days ago and bring up the discount that’s attached to my profile. Oh no sir that’s for that car doesn’t apply to this one. You need a new account. I’ve had it with these quick change oil stops who hire nothing but kids who have no idea what they are doing. A different company that does oil changes told me their oil change would take about an hour. My oil change here took about 20-25mins. Great customer service and great business.

Ernest was truly professional as a manager, Alonzo got the worl done quick and wasn't there more then 20 mins!! Love the flow of the team and the professionalism!! Not many place grt u water on a hot day as soon as u walk in. Definitely will keep taking my vehicle here

The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Tony was so helpful and completely turned my day around. I had just spent two hours waiting at Firestone for an oil change. I drove down the street and found Take 5. They offered water and a kind smile. I waited no time at all. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family. My name is Karen G., on 7-10-23 I was in my car with my cousin, Penny B. Long story short, we learned there was a Kitten Meowing under my car between the motor and bottom cover, stuck. After looking and realizing we needed help, I thought of going to Take 5 Oil Change located at 14701 cicero Ave, Midlothian, IL. 60445, where I am a loyal customer, hoping they might help due to the pit in the bay. Upon arrival the bays were full of previous customers, so I proceeded in line, and turned my car off. I was met by a young man Andrew, after explaining he immediately began looking through the engine, under the carriage etc. He then heard meowing. Another young man Chris appeared to assist. Though they were all still assisting other customers, when a bay became empty, all 5 men on duty pushed my car in, over the pit. There names are Eduardo, Andrew, Ernesto, Alonzo and Chris. Andrew and Chris were in the pit seeing the Kitten wedged near the radiator. Chris was able to pull the Kitten out, though it escaped his grip, we all began running around to reclaim the Kitten. Chris again caught her and gave her to me safely. My cousin Penny kept her, and she has a safer home now. Her name is Lucky, she is 8 weeks old, eating, sleeping and having fun with 4 children in a loving home. What these young men did was out of caring for other people and helping in a time of need. What they didn't know is that my husband of 33 years had passed 4 days earlier, and I needed a warm heart. They fulfilled that need not knowing. Chris, Andrew, Eduardo, Ernesto, Alonzo you saved a Kittens life, and brought faith back to mine. Thank you sincerely, Karen G.
