Amazing! The scents alone are incredible; Syn did a great job with the pedicure. My gel polish was applied neatly. She really got those heals soft. I also purchased the body scrub that was used. Feb 5, 2022, is when I went. But I have been popping in since the location has opened. As always amazing!!

I scheduled an appointment and then canceled 3 days before the appointment by phone and email and they still charged me for the services. They don't return phone calls nor reply to emails. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I will never come here again and won't recommend them to anyone. I will be putting a stop payment on my account. I grade them an "F"!

I'm soooo outdone by the treatment I was given by this business. In March of this year, I had a major family emergency @ the last minute, & I called 1 hour in advance as I traveled from the boutique direction, to my family members home.This resulted in injury to me. The owner charged my credit card $38 for services not rendered for this canceled appt. I spoke with someone on the phone, explained my situation, & the person made suggestions that the problem would be fixed, & suggested I schedule another pedicure appointment. I specifically asked if I would get credit since I had a major emergency. The person said that I would, but made no promises. The appt was today. shay called me asking if I can come in earlier than my 1315 hour appt. I needed to make arrangements since I had other appts. I called back, twice, & left a tex message that I could go there early. I went there, & she could not take me early. I was too late, & shay said my appt would have to stand @ 1315 hrs. She then calls me saying my appt would have to be pushed back to 1400 hrs. I had interventions to do, explained that to her, & let her know how unfair her thinking is for she acted like it was my fault, & she was going to charge my credit card $38. I HAVE NO interest in doing business with u. I will report this to the BBB. U can't treat people any kind of way. Empathy, kindness,& understanding is key to anything in life. I expected better. I don't have money for u unless it's fair exchange. I want my credit card credited the $38. I'm not sure if u do this often to make money, but it's not kind, & it's dangerous. Others beware.

My first visit was on June 26, 2021. My nail tech was Shea. I was promptly waited on. Shea was very personable and professional. I was very happy with my no chip mani and pedi.
