This car wash doesn't clean well and always damage cars. My windshield is cracked and they have not responded yet and it has been a week since it happened going through their car wash. Management is no help at all. She is nver at work

The carwash attendants need to be fully trained on how to handle loading cars. The attendent had the person ahead me completely back out of the carwash after pushing the emergency stop after failing to load them properly. When it came time for me to load my car he just had me come on to the treads with out actually stopping my car and then tells me to reer my car to the right mind you while I’m already on the tread which at that point I can’t control, so I have to put my car in drive to correct my orientation while already on. Tried putting my car in neutral once it was corrected but it reversed instead thankfully no one was hurt. Overall I can’t fully blame him, but if your employees are having a hard time loading two cars in succession then they shouldn’t work there.

I have been to the gas station several times and this one employee (Eugene)has came out several time to help pump my gas and has been very helpful even when I come into the store along with Patti. Thank you both for the wonderful service!

I typically visit this location late afternoon. Every time I’ve been to this location there is a gentleman named Eugene who is alway polite and has a smile on his face. The fridges are always stocked with my favorites. And they have slots if you’re into that kind of stuff. I definitely recommend stopping here if you need gas or even a quick bite to eat.

The employees at Rickey Rockets in Midlothian, Illinois are the best. Patty the Supervisor is really nice and very pleasant and always smiling. The car wash attendants are hard working and really nice ?

I got charged twice at the oump for a car wash, they couldn't refund it because I paid at the pump and not inside. Then the car wash literally took off my antenna ?

Wow this place is overpriced in the snacks, sheesh! I’d hope at least the service was great but they’re rude and still have a tip jar? What a joke!

Great gas station. Gas, food, liquor, car wash, clean bathrooms, all good! We have the unlimited monthly car wash plan on both of our vehicles. It's a good value. Would recommend.

My car broke down there a few days ago at night. They let my car stay overnight and into the other day and I’d not tow it. Everyone was so nice. Thank you guys!
