Today was my first time going to Junior for service..and I’m am VERY HAPPY I was recommended to him. Went in for an inspection appt. And within 15 minutes he had found the issue and went on to fix it SAME DAY! JTM deserves 5 stars across the board. Very smart charismatic and saved me money. HIGHLY recommended!!

I recently took my Jeep Compass Trailhawk to JTM Auto Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. They handled a variety of issues, making them my go-to one-stop shop for all my vehicle needs.
First, they tackled some complex electrical work, including rewiring for my sound system. They added a new amp and dash screen, and upgraded the door speakers, significantly enhancing my driving experience with high-quality sound.
Additionally, they replaced my windshield and fixed my cracked rims, ensuring my vehicle looks and functions like new. They also took care of the sway bar links, which has improved the handling and stability of my Jeep.

I give 2 stars as I believe he actually did try to address the problems, but was not successful... And still charged me roughly $500. I came in for a headlight that was out and because my car was making crunching sounds on bumps. I had replaced the bulb myself previously and it burnt out shortly after, and explained this. He still just replaced the bulb. It's been 3 months and the headlight is out again. I reached out regarding any warranty on work, and received no response.
For the crunch sound, he replaced the sway bar. It never stopped making the crunch sound.
I'll definitely be getting my repairs elsewhere in the future.

I am at JTM AUTO REPAIR SHOP. I had a ball joint and wheel alignment job done today. Junior was very helpful and the price was very reasonable. They try to get you in and out in a timely manner depending on what you need done.
Junior was very professional and knowledgeable.

This was my 1st time at JTM and the service was astounding the repair work was even more astounding and to go that extra Mile for a new customer means they do it for all and that means alot to find a HONEST and Reasonable Repair i and can definitely say I Have a New Repair Facility personnel Thanks to Junior 1st impressions are still real Thanks again for getting the Heavy Chevy back on the road and with Cold A/C
