Broke down on the interstate got towed they were the only place we could see open,(labor day) they were going to close at 3:00 but got our vehicle in and stayed till almost 6:00 very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I had my Jeep Wrangler here to have spark plugs and coils replaced. I found this shop from a recommendation from another mechanic. I shopped around and found that their estimate was the best price and they were able to fit me in the next day. When they began the repairs they found a leak and called to ask if I wanted them to repair it because they already had the intake manifold off and that is time consuming. I told them to go ahead with the repair. When I arrived to pick it up at closing time, they had just finished asked if they could keep the car one more day to double check their work. I left the car one more day and when I picked it up, it was perfect. They showed me the parts they replaced and pictures of what was leaking. I appreciated that they did that and would recommend this shop.

These guys aso knowledgeable and fair...I took my car to them after getting played a few times by another shop...and theu not only fixed the issue but explained exactly what was going on to save me future headsches.

The mechanics are able to work on foreign and domestic cars. They're trustworthy, well trained mechanics. The owner Dave bends over backwards to help customers get the parts necessary. The common area and bathrooms are very clean.

Definitely would recommend . They are very professional and reasonable. I had a major issue wrong with my car and they provided me with the best deal . They definitely have a long term customer .

Had a coolant leak “fixed” come to find out it’s still leaking from same area and a bolt holding the water pump in place to the engine block was broken off, because they didn’t replace the aluminum stretch bolt and overtorqued it. Never informed me about it. Only saw it because went to look at it because it was still leaking.

My truck has been restored professionally to it’s pre collision condition. All parts used are genuine and done in to time. Excellent staff and very courteous. Highly recommend!

Mixed thoughts here. Work was done well and at price quoted. However, after work was done I was told they only accepted cash. Car sat for days afterwards until we were able to work out payment. Highly unusual that people carry $1000s in cash and I believe most people would assume you could pay for car repairs with credit card.

I was a victim of the Hyundai and Kia vandalism and thefts and had a difficult time trying to find a repair shop through my insurance agency. I started looking around and found GT Auto Repairs online and read a few reviews and decided to call. The customer service was friendly and they were more than happy to take a look. We worked through my insurance and within a few weeks I had my car back in great condition. My only issue was the request for cash because their machine was out and they couldn't tell me when it would be repaired. That sent me through a loop because who wants to be carrying around cash like that in this day and age.
