“I have been in several Dollar Tree locations and this store is EXCELLENT. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have never encountered an issue. Today I called to see if an item I was looking for was in stock. The person told me that they were just receiving their shipment and would call me back to let me know if they got any. They kept their word and called back! Now this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out to the Corporate Office to forward this compliment as well.”

Just witnessed an employee being completely rude to the manager on duty and she handled it very well. The young woman was cussing at her and she told her to have a blessed day. “Friendly staff, nice store. However, Everytime I go in I have a small backpack because I ride my scooter. And everytime I'm told to put it behind the counter. I told them I didn't want to leave it there, but they said I have to. I feel discriminated for being male. They never tell women to do the same with their huge purses. This needs to change. “Even though Dollar Tree jumped up a whopping 25 per cent with no prior notice. You can still find interesting things to purchase. I actually considered not going back to the store after the price shock and content reduction of some of it's products. But I realized there are some tasty and unique offerings to be found there. At $1.25 a few products are over the top, but you can still get some great bargains. Yes dollar and a quarter tree is still on my list of go to stores.”

“I just had the most wonderful experience. My daughter fell asleep on the way to the store so I had to carry her throughout the store. While it was my turn at the register the lady behind me offered to put my items on the belt for me, the cashier (wish I paid attention to get her name) pulled the cart around and loaded it for me, the lady that was in front of me waited for me to check out to help bring the cart/ bags out and the lady that helped put my items on the belt had her nephew bring my bags to my car. I was a little worried at how I would do all of this with my daughter sleeping but these amazing people and the amazing cashier didn’t even blink an eye to help me. I am so thankful/great fun that there are still good people out there that are willing to help people they don’t know. If it wasn’t for them I would have had a very hard time checking out and getting to the car. Tear jerker of the day, I got very lucky. God is good, bless them?*edit*My receipt says the sales associate was Candice! I hope that is right because she deserves the praise and a raise!”
