Drive thru ATM not functioning properly for the past 5 day. Lobby doors locked and partition for the bank area closed during posted business hours. Are they closing this branch?

Drive through is terrible. One line open and took 48 minutes for one person in front of me and myself to finish. Had a huge line of people behind me so I couldn’t leave.

This is the worst Bmo location, Manager is very unprofessional he will persistently try to get you to get a credit card with them, he got my 74yr old dad a credit card without his knowledge.

I was initially going to give this location one star as when I first walked into this location, it was more reluctance to help and definitely a lack of how can we help you. It seemed more like they were more interested in hoping you were not a criminal than a customer.Nobody was willing to help and the Banker who finally helped, seemed more hesitant in the beginning…almost like why are you bothering me.Lastly, these pictures are when I returned after forgetting something at home. Nobody greeted me, no one cared that I was sitting in the lobby waiting. Being a Security Professional, that is clearly dangerous

I would rate this place less than one star. Simple. They have terrible customer service. The person that is supposed to be helping you runs off every other question because she doesn’t have the proper information. The woman sitting at the second desk when you walk in is rude as ever. Refuses to help when and immediately puts you off. I live in a close proximity to this bank but I’ll definitely never deposit a dime here ever again.

This bank suck customers service does not have a clue in what's going on they practice fraud techniques but have no clue. They are quick to point the finger on you and blame you instead of resolving the problem I had to call 3 times until some from customer service took responsibility and said it was there error rude customer service Yolanda from customer service is very rude and did not help out in any way..., going back to tcf
