Everyone that I worked with in the service department from start to finish was so incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient! I’m especially appreciative of PJ - he quickly and honestly addressed the situation with my vehicle and helped me get back on the road much faster than I expected. I will be returning to this location for any services needed on my Bronco!

I think everyone probably means well but it's pretty obvious that they do everything in their power to get a vehicle sold. I think the dealership would probably triple their business if they would at least give a damn about the satisfaction of their customers even after they have signed on the dotted line. The communication around the dealership can really use some improvement.

I am so happy with the overall experience at Tasca Ford. I had gone in to get a recall done and a cracked flexplate replaced. Before I came here I was at a different ford dealer for service and it would’ve taken 2-3 weeks to even be seen or diagnosed. So that’s when we decided to go with Tasca since it was down the street from us. They were able to get me in right away and get the service done super fast! Although I did have to come back a couple days later for loose bolts and noise due to the loose bolts I was still taken care of and service again was done same day. This was the best experience I’ve had. All service advisors were great, nice, friendly, helpful and professional. My service advisor was Kevin and he was so nice and helpful. If you’re having trouble with your ford I definitely recommend Tasca Ford in Midlothian. Thanks guys!
