The only place I can find Terumo 19 gauge needles in stock. I use them for sub q fluids for my cat with CKD and they make the experience so less stressful. Shipping is low, they have good communication and I will definitely keep them as my go to for supplies.

I have always had a good experience with Med-Vet. If they have what I need in stock their prices are the lowest around. Their staff is quite on top of keeping all my documents up to date which makes ordering with them a simple task.

Don't waste your time ordering from this company. I placed an order for Terumo needles and lines back in February. They shipped the lines without telling me that the needles were out of stock. Upon emailing them to ask where my needles were, I was then told they were expected to be in stock over a month later and was offered a different brand. I declined the swap and waited. I heard nothing from the company and the alleged in stock date came and went. I sent another email asking about the needles. Out of stock for another month. I then requested a refund, including for part of the $10 shipping fee I paid. No response. I never would have ordered anything from this company if they contacted me prior to shipping my partial order. As of today, the needles still appear "in stock" on their website. Seems like a bait and switch.

I have had nothing but fantastic customer service experiences with Med-Vet. I am seeing reviews about bad customer service, and I would say it's okay to ignore those completely. Every time I place an order, it's shipped the same day! So this company is a great resource.

I don't know how people have given Med-vet a negative review. The prices are great, shipping only cost 10 bucks and I just got my order today, packaged as I requested. That's next day delivery for $10.00.I'd give them far more stars if I could. They're my new goto and who I'll recommend to anyone needing med supplies.
