My van was serviced at Costco tire repair on July 6. My two children, my husband, and I were driving to Montana for a family vacation on July 11 when we heard a loud screeching noise from the van tires. My van's passenger front tire rolled off when I was driving. And my van almost flipped over, but I managed to stop it.The opposing driver's side steering wheel fell off and was never I received a letter from you claiming that your investigation was concluded and that you were unable to assign culpability to Costco. Unfortunately, the tire service was insufficient because my van tire rolled off the road when we were on our way to vacation, and the service was not performed properly. This decision has not made me happy. Why did the tire suddenly roll off the road if Costco tire service was flawless? We would have died if we hadn't been able to stop it.

Satisfied with Costco most of the time with easy return policy, great place to shop with good quality products.Staff at this location doesn't change and all of them really want to help . Clean and happy place !

I'm a big fan of Costco, and this one is really good! How good can Costco be? Here are a couple of things that stood out to me as unusually good:-It is better organized than typical. The layout is intuitive and easy to maneuver.-The store is very efficient. I was able to get thru checkout line in short order.-Not as busy as I'm used to for a Saturday afternoon.-Same great prices.-Same great rotisserie chicken, but no wait time! (and twice the size and half the price of your grocery store rotisserie : )- My only beef with Costco is they don't accept the Discover card.Highly recommended!

Excellent location!!Typical set up but extremely efficient I'm every way. Enjoyed our quick shopping trip and gas fill-up. Not too far off the expressway. Easy in and out. Great selection of ready made foods and other mech. Check them out.

I know for fact I had reviewed this Costco before but somehow again my review has disappeared. I just don't like having to type everything again. Anyway, Costco in Mettawa, is a great place to shop for food items, Eyewear and more. I like their variety of the different items they carry, their quality & pricing and good service. I am a fan of their delicious rotisserie chicken (only $4.99), pre-made dishes (reheat & eat), snacks options, bakery goods, and clothings variety. I enjoy shopping here and definitely recommend going here to anyone who lives near it. It's worth being their member.

Today, a shopper being rude and impatient pushed my daughter forward so he could get his liquor. Upon doing so, pulling the bottle up, the bottle slipped from his inpatient hand and hit the concrete. Creating a glass shard bomb. Glass of course, hit my daughter and cut her up. Mr. Inpatient of course left quickly and my wife went to the restroom to gather paper towels and some wet towels to glean the shards out of her foot and ankle. So ... Chad the manager showed up, and made it right. Apologized and brought some medical bandages. Angela not too soon after to make the scene safe. Costco, I appreciate you taking care of my daughter and trying to make it right. I'm not upset at the store and I applaud the employees for showing genuine compassion for our daughters safety.

This is one of my favorite Costco's. They always choose great samples to snack on while shopping. I found all types of seasonal items and great gifts for the holidays during this trip. The churros are delicious and extra crispy. My favorite is the the berry sundae, which is delicious, nutritious. And low-fat snack.

I like shopping for products here and have used the eye care & immunization centers too but I would STEER CLEAR of pharmacy. Making up their own rules as today is NOT the first time they failed to fulfill a RX, don't inform the PX the RX is ready, then blame the state for not allowing Costco to dispense within 30 days? Where did that rule come from bc I certainly don't have this issue at Osco or Walgreens? I don't even use insurance for RX! Hence why I no longer have my RX filled by this Costco. Unreliable, unprofessional, unhelpful.

The worst Costco in the area. The staff refused me service after I was done shopping because I did not have an ID. After I was done shopping I went through the self checkout and as I was scanning they came up to me and said they needed to see ID for some reason. I did not have my ID. (I was not purchasing any age restricted items). Then after I told him he said by being here without an ID I am committing fraud. After asking for the manager came over and I asked the reason for this, she said "because you don't look old enough to have a membership." Excuse me???? I'm trying to use my own membership and the reason why I can't is because I don't look old enough. Anyway, they didn't let me purchase anything and they confiscated my cart. After went to the Costco in Pleasant Prairie and had no problems purchasing the same items.

4:00 PM on a weekday, and no rotisserie chickens? All of the ovens were chock full and cooking, but the guy behind the counter said it would be another 25 minutes before they were done and about 15 more minutes to be packaged and ready for sale. The birds in all 4 ovens looked to be about the same done-ness, which was pretty brown already. Look, I know it takes some time to cook a whole chicken, and the last thing I want to do is eat one that's half-cooked. But what this scene tellls me it's that it's not a case of me just missing the last few chickens out for sale, but rather a complete lack of planning to keep them in stock.

I went to look at laptops today. I was hesitant because it was a Saturday. Maybe not the best day. Brian in Electronics could not have been more helpful. Again surprised because I wasn't expecting much in the way of service on a Saturday. He took the time to review my computer needs. He helped me to compare systems. We even went to the store's computer to see if a good fit might be available on line. No push to buy today. No push to upgrade (to more than I need). What a refreshing change over other "electronic" stores. Thanks Costco for hiring the "best".

A little disappointing. A sweet older man needed help to figure out how to pay for a hot dog and drink. He asked a worker who didn’t help. I ended up helping him and he was having trouble still with his card. I could have only taken the employee a minute to help the man but they were to busy talking

I was just there. All the employees using masks and most customers as well. That made me feel very safe as I did my shopping. Everything is clean and spaced well. Keep up the good work guys.

Here's ideas for Costco. 1. Many costco shoppers are grandparents, they need to buy great gifts for their grand kids. Why not create a section of Costco, "nice grandparents". There, gifts for grandkids could be shown with easy shipping ideas, ie, costco will ship the gifts quickly for the grandkid. An electronic connection to costco.com could placed in this area. By pressing a few buttons, the grand kid gets his gift. No. 2: Older shoppers need protection in the parking lot. I often find a shopping cart in the parking lot and take it into the store. This cart provides me more protection from moving cars, as drivers can easily see the cart and slow down or even stop when they see the cart. Love this store. Keep up the great work.
