My wife and I just had a great cell phone experience with John! He was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were updating phones and he walked us thru it quickly and without a hitch. We will continue coming back to this location because of this positive experience.

John was simply amazing! His level of customer service far surpassed any other Verizon store we have been in. He was patient, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the products, plans, set-up, etc. We will be life long customers. Thank you for a great experience, John!
