“I was visiting Golconda, Illinois for several days and we decided to go to Paducah, Kentucky on a Sunday for the day. Most shops were closed but we stumbled upon Off The Corner Art. It was such a fun store with very quirky art created by Cathy! Cathy was very personable and had a fun personality. I bought a fun Spam coaster that is now sitting in my office! Definitely recommend when you visit Paducah.”

“Walked in on a lark after seeing the store driving by. Wide selection of varying quality beads from high end archival to average quality and price. It would be good to know what you are looking for when you go - shop is visually very busy, packed with beads, stones, crystals, findings, etc. Left with two hanks of turn of the century handmade Afghani beads. Beautiful, and something you won't find in a Fire Mountain Gems catalog. We are local, so we're saying this is a reasonably priced source for beads and stones you may not find in the average beading supplies catalog.”

“I just love looking in the place. Its a bit pricey and I can get real leather bags, shoes, etc with warranties at other stores for the same price of these boutique stores. But, thats the complaint I have for every boutique store. But, 6th&V is a very cool place with a variety of gifts that some other places, even bigger boutiques in Paducah don't have. The owner is amazingly friendly and as a person of color, I feel more welcomed and less watched when I'm in here...unlike other boutiques in this town/ares. So, I just buy something from her every time I'm there because I love the atmosphere. I do suggest clothing that was more hip and for a younger audience that wasn't so boho-ish. Overall, Great Experience! I love going in here!”
