Got a set of 10-ply tires, alignment, and oil change. Happy with the work even though it took 2 days…
The reason for 2 stars is that the tires are not any brand that I have ever heard of and they had external markings ALL over them!
A lot of money spent for product that was mediocre at best.

Quick professional service! Called on Monday morning because my ac quit working & they said bring it in. They had it done and running cold by 1pm, and did it for a fair price! Very happy with the work done & great employees.

We were traveling through when we thought we could hear a rear wheel bearing going out. We found this repair shop through our AAA app as a top rated shop. They moved around their schedule to get us in right away and completed the repairs in under two hours. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt the overall bill was very much in line with what we anticipated to pay. Great value and great service. We would highly recommend this shop for all of your needs.

Starter bit the big one on my Mercedes. They were able to get me in right away, and installed a starter that I provided. They towed my car to their shop at about 3:30 pm, and when I went to check on it at about 9:30 the next morning, the mechanic was pulling my car into their parking lot. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had pulled the fuel pump fuse to swap it with another during my diagnosis, and put it back in the wrong spot. The mechanic found my mistake after replacing the starter.
The tow bill was a bit high considering that they did a repair on the car, but I won't ding them for that. The labor cost for replacing the starter was very reasonable and the quick service couldn't be beat.

If I could give 10 stars I would!We were traveling and had car trouble. They took us right in and couldn’t have been any nicer. Got us taken care of and back out on the road way. The whole town was So nice and welcoming!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Great guys that helped me at 10:23 PM. They were closed but still in the shop shutting down and yet drove to my vehicle to assist with getting me back on the road to continue my trip to another state. Our son had car troubles driving across the country and after having two other shops work on his car, stumbled upon A1 automotive. We were so happy to finally find an honest mechanic who really knows how to work on cars. Brian even took time to call the other shop to try to get warranty work done. Cody, the owner stepped in as well and also spent time talking on the phone with me trying to get my son back on the road. Traveling from Wisconsin to Florida and noticed I started hearing a metal on metal noise. Met Officer James Garner and he took the time to listen to the noise and give me the number to A1 auto. The folks at A1 took the car in first thing the next morning and had break pads and roters replaced with recommendations for additional repairs when I got to Florida. These folks were so kind and treated me like family. Their work was quality and fairly price. They were my guardian angels and I can't thank Officer Garner and the A1 owners and staff enough!

Axle shaft broke while driving cross county; they showed me a picture of the broken axle and what was causing the noise/vibration. They got me in right away in the morning for replacement. (also replacing brakes pads) and was back on the road before lunch. Awesome service and very friendly; fun and yet respectful. Great business.

I had a great experience here. I was on a 2,000 mile road trip and broke down 800 miles from home. They were happy to help and quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. Great people and service!
