Attempted to get gas tonight 15 min before close, and whomever was working decided to close early. 4 full pumps of people trying to get gas and are unable to because all the pumps were suddenly shut off and doors locked. They were open when we pulled in and by the time we started to pump it was all shut down.

This is the absolute worst gas station in the area… do not expect to have any working gas pumps any time you go here. Casey’s down the street has a far more consistent supply and the price as of right now is lower.

I have been accused twice for stealing gas at this location by the same worker because I use the shell app to pay for gas. Do these people not understand how the fuel rewards work??Also this location closes and you can’t get gas here after a certain time. What is this 1998?

Gas buddy reports your gas is $5.02 per gallon for regular fuel, if this is correct--shame on you for price gouging the public during a world crisis. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

We would like to let everyone know that every person at this IGA Metamora Store is absolutely amazing. We have always had great service, but Chasity in the butcher/meat department has gone over and above. I was in this last week wanting to get a few steaks as my husband’s birthday is today. Chasity went and got the mgr so I could special order (another great thing they do). When I went to get them the mgr of the meat department advised that Chasity had bought the steak for my husband for his birthday. I just stood there is shock that someone that does not know me would go and do something this kind. The note read from one truckers wife to another. I wii be giving her a hug when all the crazy is over.

I have been coming here for 20 years, and I will never return again. I had an extremely rude encounter with someone working who thought it was too much work to count my pennies. I was short 40 cents and went out to my car for the change. When i came back she refused to count my pennies. - she said i would have to go cash them in at the bank. It was so incredibly rude that i was completely shocked and left the change. I was an almost daily customer.

I only use Shell because of the high quality gas. This Shell seems better than most actually, Darryl keeps the windsheild cleaning stations topped off at all times. That's important to me especially in the summer time with all the bugs.. Good job, keep up the great work y'all!!
