$72 in fees because for accidentally overdrawing an account less than $20 is ridiculous. You can call people to sell loans, but can't send a simple notification to move some money between accounts? I guess the $10/month I pay on my separate business account as a "service fee" doesn't cover such things? That's not service, that's greed.
Edited to add: I contacted them as instructed in their reply to this review. One week later and they never replied.

Have had great service every time I am there. Very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and feel comfortable with my money matters in their care. They are all awesome!
