This Casey’s is always so clean, the cashiers are kind, and there is a lot of variety when it comes to the donuts, fresh food, and other selection and varieties of snacks.
Vegetarian options: They do have snacks that would fit the vegetarian lifestyle
Dietary restrictions: They do have dietary items
Parking: Lot of parking at this location
Kid-friendliness: This is a gas station/conscience store so not a place to hang with kids
Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair accessible store

Allowing an employee (Dyan) to verbally abuse a person with special needs is unacceptable!! I’ll never visit this location again.. Raise your standards Casey’s!!

Casey's in Metamora allows its employees to discriminate against and verbally abuse their special needs guests. There is a much friendlier gas station on the other side of town, as well as Ricky's in Germantown and plenty of better options for food in the area. Please stand up for the special needs people in our community by giving your business to a more deserving establishment.

We placed a delivery order 2 hours early and didn’t receive it until 30 minutes late. The location didn’t tell us upon phone order this was delivered by Door Dash. We would’ve done pick up would we have known Casey’s wasn’t the delivery method. We called to check on the status and were dismissed by the clerk and Manager. This was for an athletic event that most kids left because of the delay. Ordering 2 hours early should’ve ensured timely delivery and then the ride staff passing blame for not doing their job is horrible customer service. We will let everyone know and never patron this location even though we’ve visited multiple times a week. Pathetic!

This location is adequate as long as you stick to the basics. Do NOT attempt to customize anything. They will not get it correct. But they WILL charge you for it.

Good pizza, clean and nice staff. Only complaint is that gas pumps are out of order a lot... and the receipt printers on the pumps never work. Casey's is the only local gas station on Upside cash back up... where people need a copy of their receipt to scan. It's rather annoying having to go inside and wait in line for a receipt. This location also seems to have reoccurring problems with having their rewards system and credit card readers down.

Nice staff, always have liked caseys but the food quality has dropped tremendously. We don't eat pizza from here anymore after repeated partially undercooked or Badly made pizzas. Too much money wasted
