“I’ve been shopping at this Happy Daze location since they opened. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied and have everything I need. They’re all very knowledgeable about the products they’re selling and extremely friendly. Brian is my personal favorite, as he's helped me with so many things. He’s the one who helped me choose which kratom would work best for me when I was switching from pharmaceuticals to something natural. The other night I went there with my daughter and my car overheated and just shut off. It’s been a particularly rough month, my phones shut off so he gave me the wifi password to keep my 3 year old daughter entertained while he figured out what caused the problem and fixed it. That man deserves a raise and a weeks paid vacation lol. But seriously, he’s the best and this location is incredible.”

“This is the Disneyland of all smoke/vape/etc etc stores I have EVER stepped foot in!!! What an incredible unique as well as vast amount of options in all areas!!! And the prices are the absolute lowest I have come across. But above all else the customer service from (MOE)!! was more than a cut above the rest!!! I could spend days in here just window shopping!!! I got the good kind of chills while walking around the massive and very well layed out items in stock. It wasnt just row after row of the same item but in a different color!!! No almost every single item was of a different design style type etc!!! Oh this is a must see even if you do not vape or hookah etc etc!!!”

“Amazing gem in the town of cicero. Very homey, clubhouse like feel. You seat yourself. They have a smoking room and a full bar that offers various drinks and brews from out of town and local. They have a large projector screen and surround sound system to watch the game. They had wrestling pay per view on when we were there, and it was very nostalgic for me. Wide selection of cigars and various smoking paraphernalia. The decoration is immaculate, consisting of vintage signs and classic americana. We had the rib tips and wings. Highly recommend.”

“Went here this morning getting ready for my NYE party just to get some quick items. This was the most AMAZING hookah EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had! Emilio was such a huge help! I was able to get two hookahs some fruit heads and some accessories! He made sure my mixtures were put together, he prepared my hookahs so all I had to do was light my coals, when I say nothing short of AMAZING. I’m so happy with my experience and my purchases. I will for sure be a returning customer‼️SN: I brought my old hookah in to be cleaned and refilled. It was damaged he replaced it and made sure everything was perfect! AGAIN, BEST SERVICE EVER‼️”

“Highly recommend. If you're on the south side of Chicago and want to smoke a cigar, definitely give Smokey Bear a look. The star here is the selection; the number of brands they carry (and the depth within each brand) is on par with the best in the city. Pricing is ok; I saw several sticks which were a good deal (i.e. Liga, Padron) but several others were on the high side (i.e. Fuente.) The sit down lounge isn't big, but it's cozy. Everyone who came in was super chill, and they have a number of TVs to keep you entertained. If you're planning to sit in the lounge, you have to purchase 2 sticks. They had water and soft drinks, and I believe it's BYOB for alcohol.”

“Easily spotted if you're driving down Cicero Ave, Famous V & T has a good selection of refillable and disposable vapes, juice, hookah and other smoking accessories, MUCH better quality items and customer service than Smokers Haven that is about 3 blocks north. My last two visits have been exceptional compared to the store I was using previously (and only because it was closest to me, Famous V&T is worth the extra few blocks walk). Famous V&T seems to constantly have legitimate sales and nearly every department or brand that may have "lured" ( for lack of a more innocuous term, lbs) you there in the first place. There offer a hassle free, safe rewards program that offers $5 credit for every $100 spent. I've had only one bad customer service experience, in May 2022. I have not seen that employee since. My friends and neighbor use this establishment and like me all of their recent other customer- employee encounters have been stellar as well. I have been ately served by Sam, a friendly, and professionally knowledgeable worker.Over all I highly recommend this place for local vaping and smoking needs. P.S. while many electronic devices and accessories have warranty cards that you should always take the 2 minutes to fill out, Famous V &T, like most store like it, have a no returns of policy. I will continue to update with more experiences. Please excuse any typos or similar grammatical errors.”

“As soon as me & my girlfriend walked in I knew u was gonna like this place and boy was I correct. They have so so much stuff i was over whelmed. I never tried gummies before until the woman behind the counter told me a lil bit about it. So I took her for her word and when we got back home I took half & my girl the other half. It hit me in about 10 mins. The counter lady gave us a can of infusion drink. That was great. Anyway. This place if your looking for recreational or whatever. This is the place to go. 2 wks later we went back and I brought a packet of 10 gummies. I saved about 30 bucks. I just got thru with the last half of the gummies. Awesome!!!!”
