The guy named tony was working on Friday 9/22/23 and completely lacks customer service skills. Went in to purchase 4 packs of cigarillos and Tony kept making rude comments to me. He was like upset that he had a customer that wanted to buy things, I showed him my ID and he kept saying my id looked like a older sister and it is fake and when i said “no that’s me and you can scan it and see it’s a real id I just have different hair now “ (maybe because my id I have black hair and now I have some blond in my hair) when he finally decided to sell me the cigarrillos he told me to go across the street to 7/11 next time I needed something.. I don’t know what this guys problem was,I wasn’t rude I worked customer service for a long time too so I’m always extra polite but this guy truly doesn’t like his job after he made the comment for me to go to 7/11 next time I asked him what his problem was and he said “ people who smoke these are stupid” (referring to the cigarillos )by the time he said this; my debit card finished being approved and I just grabbed my stuff and left and told him he needs a better attitude. If he doesn’t want to work maybe he doesn’t need this job. I understand everyone has bad days but his attitude and comments are the reason I’ll never return and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to never shop here either .

Stop just taking people’s money and use some of it to clean up around your business, it look’s ghetto outside of there. You need to clean up around there. Parking blocks all cracked and just sitting there some type of metal stand been laying down for months. Also Tony always has an attitude, I’m there spending my money and don’t need him treating me with disrespect.

Well first off I was very upset about the way I was treated by the employee who was behind the counter (I couldn't get her name- Short BIG nose maybe Spanish??) I was trying to figure out my money because I am disabled and didn't have much money on me for the gas and ice cream I had, but She was not going to wait for me to count my Change. She yelled at me, saying are you going to buy this or what? I looked at her and said No now I am not going to so put it in my gas tank and I am going to give this place a Bad review for your behavior toward me since I am a Google Maps Local Guide. I don't recommend this place with her working here still.

I was cheated. I bought 4 packs of papers here and 3 of them were empty. I didn't notice until a few hours later. When I went back Tony refused to exchange them. This man has a terrible attitude, he was very rude to me then and several times before that. I live a block away and have been using this gas station for over 20 years.... long before Tony was there. Now I will never go there again.

(Looking at other reviews it was Tony) Today my son went into the gas station with his dad right behind him. The owner of the gas station said my son tried to steal a some candy he was going buy . Accused him of stealing because he thought he was alone didn’t know his father was with him and watching him the whole time. He ask his dad was he went him and said yeah and said he tried to still the candy his dad told him to pull out his money my 11 year old had 115 in his pocket was ready to purchase the candy . The store clerk said he could pull the camera . He told him to pull the camera he said he was calling the police then he said leave . They waited he never called .Just because he’s black with locs doesn’t mean he has steal from the store . The clerk is very racist . He went back to get refund for the gas he said he didn’t want our money anyway . I will never stop there again
