Want to give a shout out to the young lady who was working the April 30 night shift. Apparently she was the only person who showed up for work. The line was half way down the store and she kept apologizing to everyone for the wait. Why you short staff your store so much is really sad. I know it happens being a retail manager myself. I hope she gets recognition for doing such a fantastic job. Would hire her in a minute.

Today we came specifically to make some serious purchases, I was disappointed, the staff was not friendly, they were rude, I don’t want to visit this store again.threw the box past my head!!! I didn’t squirm, it seemed like I came to her house and not to go shopping at the store!!

The manager was rude, she question me about return with other customer listening, she almost seem to be reprimanding me by saying did you read it, I explained to her that the ingredients were changed from what I had purchase prior. She said she wasn't returning product and walked away from me. Very rude person , my take on this was if you'll not during exchange why go thru all that. I won't be going back to store and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Very rude manager

I would like to give a shout out to Michelle. The store was very crowded today and and at least 20 people in line. Michelle was the only one working a register. From what we could see there were no other employees in the store. She was calm, composed and very focused. Michelle apologized to each customer for the wait with a smile. It was refreshing to see such great customer service under a very stressful situation.

Clean. Will generally open another register if the line is long. The new staff there now is awesome.

This store is dangerous, in a good way! Great selection, quality seems good, considering most things are $1.25 each. Definitely will be back!!

Managers are incredibly rude and annoyed if you ask questions about bulk orders. Last time I came to pick up an online bulk order, one of the employees working in the back came out and fell asleep while standing upright and in the middle of a sentence - either high or way overworked. I won't return. Patronize one of the other locations, or even better - a more ethical retailer.

It's really clean and spacious. And they have everything in stock like a Dollar Tree should. I would drive that extra distance for their services.

Dollar Tree staff refused to allow my father to use their public bathroom! My dad asked a staff member for a key to the restroom. The staff member responded that she couldn't find the key. My dad asked another staff member, and she responded that there were no public bathrooms. My parents are long time customers and have used the restroom in previous visits. To add insult to injury, when my dad made a final attempt to find someone to help, he saw the first employee exit the public restroom with the key in her hand. I hope that staff will change this behavior in the future because this is extremely upsetting. The cashier told my parents that the woman who refused to allow my father to use the restroom is a store manager!!!!!

My Favorite Dollar Tree, it's clean, organized and although they are short staffed I don't count it against them because every business is these days.

I was looking for hats, scarves and gloves to donate and I had been to a city dollar store and they had none. The clerk suggested going to a suburban store and I found them.
