7400 W 191st St, Tinley Park“I love this bargain store, you just have to be able to know what’s a bargain and what’s not because everything is not a bargain. I got a couple of glitzy “bad hair day hats “ one silver and one pink wore the pink and got several compliments and several orders. When I went back to the store to get more hats I wore the silver cap out the store because it was windy. I got two more compliments. This time I I didn’t tell them where I purchased them from because I had just purchased the last ones, I just said thank you and smiled.”
“Store had lots of options and no long wait when I was there. Some items, even at $5, didn't seem worth it, but overall, good deals to be found. Lots of unique items, as well. Staff courteous.”

“Erica the manager at big lots was so helpful. I loved her way of explaining things and the time she spent with me going around the store . Found me everything I asked for. She went above and beyond. Thanks Erica”
“I have been in several Dollar Tree locations and this store is EXCELLENT. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have never encountered an issue. Today I called to see if an item I was looking for was in stock. The person told me that they were just receiving their shipment and would call me back to let me know if they got any. They kept their word and called back! Now this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out to the Corporate Office to forward this compliment as well.”

8649 W 95th St, Hickory Hills“I've always liked coming into this store. It's much more organized and clean than others that I've frequented. Even though I wish everything stayed $1.00, I'm happy to see newer products that are definitely worth the cost. I especially like the qualifier press on nails!”
“They do have a electrical basket what you can sit in and do your shopping. Not many of them but that was very rewarding to me cuz I have a problem with my back in my legs as an older lady so have fun”

“Peace be with you Kelly, thank you for taking time to attend to a concerned customer about the outside lights of this Dollar Tree not being turned on. You was concerned and wanted to make a difference, you get 5 stars and the cashier needs to be nicer to customers and teach her not to be rude. Thank you, may Allah bless you. آمين”
“Natasha is a very helpful and attentive person. She always goes above and beyond when I'm in the store. She never has a bad day as I always observe her smiling. Great work.”
“What a beautiful place and atmosphere ? he highly recommended everyone so that they have things to fix their home a little better, to send things to Mexico from here that say “Chicago”, even to buy what they need to wash clothes!! They have everything and at a fair price.”

“This one I love and it's close to home. I can mostly find majority of the things I need in here. I only wish they carried seventh generation disinfecting wipes.”
“One of the best shops in Hyde Park! I bought a lot of stuff here when I still lived across the street. I miss the big old sign that used to hang out front. You can find pretty much anything here. Small packaged food items, drinks, toiletries, kitchen supplies, packs of socks or underwear, cleaning supplies, phone cards, cigarettes (for you smokers)... I could go in and on. I still have a really nice Rubbermaid colander and a plastic mixing bowl with handle I bought here in 2002. I use both frequently. I bought a granny cart around the same time here to use as a laundry cart, still have it. My favorite pair of sunglasses were purchased here, sadly broken during an especially drunken night out circa 2004. One of my favorite things to buy here was Dr. Sheffield's baking soda toothpaste (before Sheffield rebranded as a high-end offering, you used to be able to get a tube here for ONE DOLLAR. I'd buy like 10 and they would last months. I'd also get bleach, parchment paper and stuff like that. It's a fairly busy store because the neighborhood locals all know and shop here. I still stop in when I'm in the area to get deals on certain items.”

8AM - 10PM
7000 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago“Amazing employees amazing manager that I got to deal with today unfortunately, some of the customers are not so nice. Just witnessed an employee being completely rude to the manager on duty and she handled it very well. The young woman was cussing at her and she told her to have a blessed day. We need more people like that manager Way to go!”
“This location has great customer service. The ladies that work the registers in the morning are a delight to interact with. Management is also nice. Keep up the good work, it's not going unnoticed.”
“I went into the Dollar General on 6-8-2024. I just want to give a shout out to Yeimy who works at 6647 S. Western. She has a very nice personality with the people. A Pleasant Attitude she has.”
“The staff was so helpful. Also a young man outside cleaned up some trash outside near my car so I didn't have to step in it or over it to exit my car in the handicap spot.”
“Want to give a shout out to the young lady who was working the April 30 night shift. Apparently she was the only person who showed up for work. The line was half way down the store and she kept apologizing to everyone for the wait. Why you short staff your store so much is really sad. I know it happens being a retail manager myself. I hope she gets recognition for doing such a fantastic job. Would hire her in a minute.”
