Nice gym, clean. Friendly staff and chill vibes and clients.
Some of the machines need to be repaired and low pressure in some of the shower stalls. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

This place is always spotless...in the morning. The morning crew Adriana and Yesenia always make sure to be friendly and polite, welcoming me even when I am kinda mad about my being here LOL if you come right at open you can see them cleaning making sure it's ready for our use. They also spot clean through out the time I am here. Makes me feel secure and happy.I did come in the evening at 6 a few times and let me tell you that was not the same vibe at all. The teens working the desk barely looked at me as I walked in and out and I never see anyone cleaning, that gives me the ick. I hope I just dont see them doing it, and they actually do, but who knows.

Pay attention to the other reviews and stay away from this place. I've been charged twice now for a membership I froze two months ago. I cancelled today because I don't want to continue to get charged for a gym I don't think is safe to go to given the current worsening Covid situation in Illinois. I can't reach anyone directly, and they basically ignore me in emails when I ask for a refund for a gym I can't go to because my account was frozen. They think giving members a credit for a membership they can't use during the freeze is acceptable. They also charged me $0.50 today when I cancelled my membership. Not sure why. Plus, one of the workers here said I could refreeze my membership and not get charged, but I was charged anyway. Should've listened to my gut two weeks ago and cancelled right then and there. Truly unprofessional organization.

Super clean and friendly staff. Always greeted and welcomed in.I feel that the machines I use are always available but when something is broken, it takes considerable amount of time to fix. I've been coming here for 10 months. The free trainer...I had one scheduled and I don't know what happened. She didn't show, she didn't know I had scheduled. I scheduled the day before. I had talk to her previously in the gym and she told me her hours, so when I scheduled day before I thought she would be there. So that was a little off putting. The really only bad thing about the location is I really wish they open on Saturday at six, they open at seven. It's a consideration for rejoining as it puts my Saturday schedule off.

Great gym. The weight training section is usually crowded 5-8pm so usually come a little after to not feel rushed and cramped. Plenty of cardio machines and the strength training area is well maintained and spacious.

Nice equipment & chill environment overall. The employees don't fully pay attention to customers and some of these customers don't know what a wipe is... Yucky!

It's awesome having a gym only a couple blocks from home. I can walk to and from within a few minutes. Inside the gym is great. Equipment...etc. Friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time back at a gym in about two years. Felt great afterwards. Highly recommend.
