The repairs took only 2 weeks even though they were all done during the holidays season. “Wowwww!!! So totally impressed with Adam's Auto Body & Sales in Dolton. I was interested in a 2019 Nissan yesterday, 2/19, and the vehicle is parked today, 2/20, in my driveway with the Illinois plates on it and my registration is in the glove compartment.While it may take a minute to purchase a vehicle it does allow you to observe business transactions around you. “I have used this company twice now and let me tell you, they NEVER disappoint!!! Adele is the INCREDIBLE!!! He is super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!! His prices are affordable and he’s always looking for ways to save you money! My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground. Adele saved me the money of purchasing a new bumper and taking it to the Lexus dealer!! He used some of his state of the art equipment to repair it to the point where it looks like NEW!! He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. The vehicle still had a coolant leak about a week later, I can tell you this, I have been an ASE certified technician for over thirty years and due to an injury can not work on it myself. The guys at European Auto took in right away and corrected the issue. This was not what I was expecting after being mistreated at the Naperville Mini dealer. I will be bringing my Mini to European Auto from know on. I would absolutely recommend Bruno and the guys for any concerns with your vehicle. “The staff at this location is simply elegant. Respectfull, attentive, courteous, good looking...etc etc. Store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is neatly organized. I am a regular customer and also neighbor, while i was doing my regular daily excercise behind the store earlier today, I noticed the staff were preparing some food. The smell was intriguing and mesmerasing at the very least. I approached cautiously and asked a member of the staff if today is a customer appreciation day. Lord and behold, the answer was a yes. I got myself together and went to the back to be little bit closer to the mesmerising smell of the food. While i was enjoying the smells, i couldnt help it but to have my way to the sweet cheeseburgers that was being prepared. I grabbed the buns, and some neatly sliced onions and some slices of ripe tomato, and made myself a double cheeseburger. I packed it in a to-go box and started heading back home. I coudnt wait till i get hometo taste it, so i decided to grab a bite while i was on the way. I opened the box slowly and grabbed the cheeseburger with both of my hands as the fine juices were dripping from the sides of the bun, and the smell of it was filling up my car...long story short, the food was amazingy delecious I got hypnotized and decided to go back and help myself to two more cheeseburgers........I highly recommend you do business at this location. You wont be disappointed.”
