Lee and his crew were over the top with personal care and consideration for the repair on my 20' travel trailer. It needed bearings and a axel replacement. Along with that the brake housings were replaced also. Lee was very helpful and opened the garage door so I could drop off the parts needed for the timely repairs. Thanks again to Lee and his crew.

Shady business tried to tell me an extreme price! Found out it was something else and they were going to way over charge me a try to charge me for something totally opposite of what was actually wrong. No good. Will absolutely never trust them ever again. Now you lost a customer for lying ✅

I was quoted $500-600 for rear drum brakes and brake lines. I called back a few hours later to check on the truck to see how everything was going. Lee said it would be a little longer they had to install a rubber hose and would be ready by the end of the day. I get a call the truck is ready and the cost was $930. I said why didn't anyone call me to inform me that the costs were going to be higher than quoted, or at the very least when I called. I then informed him that I could buy the entire rear drum brake kit for less than $200 from O'Reilly's where they got the parts from. He had charged me retail for each individual piece of the kit. I asked if they offered military discounts, he said he already went as low as he could go. Total scam artist. I'm not mad at the mechanic/technician for the work done. I'm mad about the poor customer service, and price gouging. I will never go there again.

2 experiences with tires here this year.
1st was cookie cutter same for same tires and the service was ok.
2nd experience was a custom fitment application. I was having 265/50 removed and wanted a 275/45 installed. service manager told me the 275 was too narrow to install. I explained that a 275 is wider than a 265 and he was not willing to let his shop employees proceed. Service manager was arrogant and the shop personal apologized to me for the way the service manager treated me and handled the situation.
I took my wheels up the street to Moore Tire today. Front desk ladies were very polite and Skylar in the service department got my tires mounted and balanced without any problems.

Tire Tracks Mendota changed oil on my Honda Civic this past Friday. As they were changing the oil they noticed the radiator is corroded and has a leak during the car inspection. Thank You Tire Tracks for giving me a heads up on this issue!!
