On our recent trip to Madison WI, our vehicle broke down in Princeton IL. Sahuayo Auto Repair was the only shop that was open and willing to tow us and repair the vehicle. Jorge, the owner, was really helpful and understanding of our situation that he prioritize our vehicle since we had our two young kids with us and coming from California. They treated us like family. They offer to take us to a near by hotel to stay for the night since the parts wouldn’t be here within the next 2 days. As soon they received the parts they worked on our vehicle and had it repaired and ready for us to continue on our way. I would definitely recommend this auto repair to anyone that needs their vehicles work on. And also don’t be fool by the young man that works with Jorge. He looks like a teenager but he is really knowledgeable about cars and repairs that needs to be done. As a matter of fact, he is the one that repaired my vehicle. I’m really satisfied and happy with their work . 100% family owned business!!! I will return on my way back to California to get a wheel bearing replace.

I have taken my SUV here multiple times as well as other family friends and relatives. The owner and his team have always done an exceptional job and his prices have always been extremely reasonable. The quality of his work goes above and beyond and his shop deserves an A+ rating.

Sahuayo repair shop is the most unprofessional mechanic shop I have ever seen or heard of. The mechanic Jorge seems to not be qualified to work on lawnmowers let alone any type of vehicles people will be driving in! The mechanic Jorge and his wife ( who works in the front desk) are extremely rude and seem to racist towards non Latino people that don't speak Spanish. they speak very little English and there is a major language barrier. The less they understand the costomer the more they treat them badly. I will never step foot in this place again and I suggest if you want your car fixed take it somewhere else.

Took my Ford in on Thursday to ask for a quote on getting my breaks checked/fixed.. the man said he could get my Ford in the following day, stating he had all the parts in stock. So I brought it in the following day around noon and was told it would take an hour and a half to do. 2:30 rolled around and they hadnt touched my car, 3:30 and they said "it was almost done. it should be done by the end of the day" We drove there by 5:40 and they were closed! They don't close until 6:00... And on top of that my car didn't look like it had been touched. I wouldn't put it past them if they lied and dipped out early so they wouldn't have to attend to my car. I have things to do and this is my only vehicle. Dishonest is an understatement. If you can't fix my car, just say that. I did not want my car sitting there over night!!! They didn't even lock my car, but moved parking spaces God knows why. Y'all need to do better. Not to mention learn English. I also called yesterday before 5:30, they answered and hung up! Very unprofessional and disappointing...

ay mujer que Pena contigo. la de la officina Que es la esposa del mechanico alli me da mucha lastima. los gritos se oyen hasta afuera. jorge tiene un character muy dificil y no tiene paciensa a la gente y mucho menos a su mujer y su hijo El maltrato es demasiado aparante aunque traten de disimular. por estar alli sentadita lo que tienes Que aguantar a cambio. que vida tan triste y infeliz busca por tu misma ganar tu dinerito y no dependas de ningun hombre

We have taken several of our collector vehicles to Sahuayo for repairs over the last year. We recently had an engine swapped on our Sting Ray.. We were impressed with the attention to detail and care taken when caring for our Vette . They pointed out some repairs that were needed that saved us big trouble in the future .. I don't hesitate to recommend to friends and family..

Please learn English. The couple that owns this pace doesn't even understand English very well. Can't explain things properly very hard to comprehend what's going on. Also, the wife and husband cheat on each other constantly here with co workers and customers. The husband is constantly flirting with clients back in the shop while the wife does the same up front in the office. Very unprofessional!

The most unprofessional shitty place I've ever been to I've taken my car or made business with please be careful taking your business their his wife will make up a million excuses that he's busy took my car just for the problem not to be fixed and $1200 later upset they even still have a running business
