I’m supposed too get paid the 1st and then the 12 and they held my check till the 15 there terrible absolutely hate it and told me If I didn’t get my husband on my account they were gonna send the paycheck back

Ashley in the customer service department is extremely helpful and efficient! I found I had an account missing on my online banking and had a few issues with another account. She had all my problems fixed promptly! She was also very kind and answered any questions I had! I will definitely be using her in the future for any of my customer service needs!

I feel impressed with the wonderful work well done, I was told every achievement begins with a decision to try, I was a victim of scam but I got convinced by the right person of which I gave in a try of $300 investment and I got a profit of $2100 in seven days. I refinanced my home with First State Bank this spring. Chris Holdenrid made the process so easy. I am finally out of the stressful mortgage I had with my previous lender . No more payment fluctuations according to family size or number of hours worked. The fixed rate mortgage with First State Bank cut my interest and payment literally in half. I feel as though a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much to Mr.Holdenrid and First State Bank for helping me accomplish this financial goal.

Great people. Very friendly and always helpful. We just asked Peg Orland to help us with a refi and it went very well. She took the time to explain the closing options in a way that even I could understand. I would highly recommend this bank to my friends and business associates.

They have antiquated technology. I had to switch to bank that can provide customer service on a Sunday. Especially when they suspend your card for possible “fraud” on a regular basis. I still have a minimum amount going there for crap bills I don’t feel like switching but I’ll eventually get completely tired of it. The majority of my money goes to Cap 1. Luckily Capital One has been pretty great except for a small snafu that prevented my direct deposit to hit for one day. But I have extra cash so no big deal. Not being able to pay for things due to their antiquated technology and terrible service hours IS a big deal. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
