The service was incredible. The driver let themselves in and plated my pizza for me. They even sat down for a bit and had a conversation with me while I started to eat. Will be ordering more from Casey’s.

I frequent here pretty often for the before work necessities and Nancy in particular always has a attitude is rude time and time again she treats the job like she makes commission and does the farthest from above and beyond I’d like to thank Shauna for the amazing and loving service she always sweet and is ready to help Shauna in particular deserves a raise Nancy deserve the unemployment line

I always get large cup of ice cream have been for months only always payed 1.99 as if I would a fountain pop they never have over charged me or under charged me well after a year or more of getting this large cup of ice cream this one lady decides to charge me for 4 soft served ice creams witch comes put to 8 dollars enough to buy almost 2 1.5 qt containers of ice cream this is crazy and your out of line lady is bad for business I don't recommend this place at all

My whole order was wrong. I specifically ordered Mac and cheese with no bacon and they gave me bacon. I also ordered the pull apart twizzlers and they gave me original. Finally, I ordered one ice cream and they didn’t have it, but instead of calling, they just gave me a random replacement. A flavor I don’t even like

Don’t know the ladies name but I was paying for my items and was $1.05 short so went out to the car to get more because I didn’t have enough I was looking for the money and finally found enough and was about to go in to pay the amount I owe when she came out with my bag and yelled here this lady is very rude everytime I go in there I don’t even know her and she doesn’t know me but I’m pretty sure she’s a manager and if so she really shouldn’t be her customer service skills are horrible

I called and called they never awnser the phone they must not want the business and when we were in there cashiers were on there phones texting not paying attention the line they had that's so rude

Called the number to order pizza and apparently they changed their phone number without updating any website. I ordered online and went to get it after 30 minutes and they didn't see the online order, they found it and I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. Horrible experience. Casey's is a joke in Mendota! Zero stars!

The pizzas were very good. However, I placed the order for the pizzas in early afternoon but when I went to pick up at 5 they weren't ready until 5:17. Disappointing.

Almost 1 1/2 for pizza? On a Sunday? Seriously? Then had to remake it because it sat too long. I'm sorry but don't give a delivery time if you can't come through.

I think it’s kinda messed up that if you go to buy some chicken tenders, they charge you 70 cents per cup of sauce to dip them in. Already paying for the tenders, the sauce should be free.
