I called to check on a specific part, all i was able to say is im looking for a part for a 2002 f150 and before I was even able to finish, the woman who answered the phone had interrupted me by saying "yea we're not gonna have that" and hung up quickly.

First time I tried them was for a spare tire. Not a huge deal since it was a spare, but they gave me the wrong size. Second time was just last week when they told me the part would be ready in the morning only to waste the drive and find out they didn't have the part. Thanks.

Owner tried to sell a broken part. Then took about 30 minutes to find another only to come back with a similar but wrong part. When asked to sell the broken part at a discounted price, owner became rude and pushy. Owner claimed his time was more valuable than mine. My Father and I decided to leave without buying his broken part due to the owner’s childish behavior. Giving one star because you have to give at least one.
