My husband is a chef and needed new chef pants. He was able to fine a pair in his size and a couple others that would suffice until he could order more chef pants. We bought some from there before and they held up to his 12 hr shifts. They’re also comfy according to him.

I called to verify if they had the color and size I wanted, but the woman who answered sounded bothered that I called and was rude. Since it's quite a long trip to the store, I wanted to ensure it would be worth my time. When I explained what I needed, she abruptly hung up. I understand she wanted to be efficient, but the call lasted only seconds because of how quickly she hung up.

TLDR: SEXIST and UNHELPFUL.
Worst experience I’ve had shopping ever. Half the store was MENS workwear and the other half was scrubs. I needed a pair of khaki work pants so I tried looking in the men’s section but they had nothing in my size. So I wandered through the scrubs area and managed to find ONE little stand with women’s workwear (why was that not on the workwear side??). I think it’s also worth mentioning they had fairly equal amounts of men’s and women’s scrubs. Anyway, they had one pair of pants in the style I needed and happened to be my size. I asked to try them on real quick but she wouldn’t let me bc she said she’s closing in ten minutes (it was 4:45). I decided to just buy them but then the scanner wasn’t working, she called her manager, and then told me she couldn’t sell them to me and to come back tomorrow. Now it’s 5, nothing is open, I’ve wasted my time, and I don’t have pants for work. Thanks WorknWear.

I was in there the other day the store was clean the manager was great with helping me get the scrubs I needed to start my new job. I will definitely will be back to shop there again.. I loved the service that was given to me that goes a long way

Store employee was in a rush to leave didn’t even get a chance to try anything on. As soon as I walked in she started screaming she was going to close in 15 minutes which it was barley 6:30. I was going in there obviously to buy new scrubs no one goes to window shop at a scrub store. I am a nurse of course my shift ends late if not I would have gladly came in earlier. Some people should absolutely not work in customer service or dealing with people.

If you're looking for hi-vis and you want a 5x they do not have 5x so skip this place and find somewhere that caters to 5x this place discriminates against 5x, I only gave it one Star because you had to give it something in order to post

Ordered some boots from them. Paid cash. Didn't need the boots 11 DAYS after I ordered them. Went to return them but it turns out, even if you pay cash, you won't get cash back. They will have to put it on your debit card which take 3-5 business days. I personally, found it odd. What if I didn't own a debit card? How would I have gotten my money back? So, had no choice but to take that ONLY option. Was NOT happy.

Not sure how this store stays in business, prices are very high, customer service is poor. A positive, they do have an amazing selection of work boots.
