I get there at 3 there is a sign on the door saying they are on break will be back at 4:15. I stand there from 4:15 till 4:30. Still nobody. Luckily T-Mobile is open. And I got my phone there.

My husband and I went to Russell Cellular after seeing an advertisement for a "free" cell phone, tablet, and watch with a new Verizon plan. I already had a family plan with Verizon so we decided that he would join our plan and take advantage of this offer. Unfortunately we were not told that these items were not actually free. Each item would have a separate paid plan that we would have to pay on for three years. We were also not told that the phone plan was $12 a month more than the current lines on the family plan. Had we known that, my husband would not have switched to our family plan. We were told at Russel Cellular that we needed to pay the tax only on the three devises. Once we got home and told family about the great deal we got, we were informed of the truth of this "deal". We immediately contacted Verizon to cancel these unwanted plans. We contacted the Verizon store and cancelled the watch order and returned the tablet. We specifically asked about the tax and were told the tax would be returned to our card. The tax was never returned like they said it would be, so my husband disputed the charge. Unfortunately the Verizon store is refusing to return the tax on the watch that we never received and the tablet that we returned the next business day after we received it. I also recently noticed a "$40 Setup For Success" charge. This was never disclosed to us at the store. We are extremely disappointed with Russell Cellular's lack of transparency and subsequent refusal to right their wrongs.

I have 35 years retail sales experience, 40 years customer service experience, 37 years cash/cc handling experience, have set sales records, met all sales quotas, have 5 years supervisory/managerial experience, college education, mature work ethic, very reliable transportation and flexible availability, yet as many times that I have applied for a sales position, I have NEVER been interviewed for a position. But when I go in to the local store to pay my bill, there are new associates that are out of high school with little or NO experience.

I am done with this location. There are only two phone on display. Every time I come, no one is there. My new phone was order and arrived at Verizon but no one email me or call. I had to find out that my phone did arrived a week later by calling customer service.I am never coming back to this location again.

Worst retail store I’ve ever been in. They have almost no products, they keep the outside door locked so you have to BANG on the door (the employees sit in back out of sight with the outside doors locked to the store) then you feel bad for banging. Fix your buzzer, or wedge the door, or SAY SORRY once in a while! It’s like pulling teeth to get help. ??

did not have time to finish how I was asked to leave, because the attendant was talking to the social service on the phone during their working hours. I don't understand why this center is open at all if they can't find your subscriber number as a customer!??

If I could use 0 stars, I would. I won't mention a name, but we were pressure sold on upgrades and assured the new phones would be available within a week. Nope. Several other issues. The store had just opened, and nothing was on the shelves, etc. We were given erroneous and incomplete information. After we canceled the order, they placed a 24-hour lock on our account. We will now only do business with Verizon corporate stores, not with Authorized Retailers or affiliates.

Just to let people know this is not a Verizon store . It's an authorized dealer. Meaning your better off going online or calling Verizon personally. Unless u need a phone asap. If u make a payment here they'll charge u a fee.

Lately this location (which is the closest one i have) it's been really bad. Not too long ago I came here to ask about options about a line I would like to add. And pretty much it seem like I had to beg for them to give me more information and details. It was like I knew more about their products than themselves. Now today I came because I wanted to get a new tablet and most likely upgrade my phone. On Google it says that this location it's open till 5pm. Right now it's 1:22pm and no one is here. There is a sign on the door to knock and someone will assist you but no soul is on-site. I try calling but no one picked up. At this point I'm tired of dealing with this location.

Went in to add a line to my account for my elderly father. He needed a new phone, I asked for the cheapest and to our dismay it was **supposedly** a 1 year old Samsung s21 fe which later we found out was more than we were willing to pay monthly since we also had to change my account plan to accommodate the new line. The worker was alone and there were 3 customers in the store but they still didn't bother to go over with us what our new monthly charges would be and were extremely misleading in explaining the plan changes. They told me I was paying $250 for things that were part of the "new line package" such as a case, screen protector and wall charger. The worker picked the most expensive items without asking our preference, unboxed them and installed them to the phone and charged me for them that day and never even told us what our monthly phone cost would be or how long the repayment agreement was. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received, my new monthly bill is now double what it once was not mentioning the $96 one time chargers I'll have this month and I still paid $250 that day on items I didn't get the opportunity to pick myself, which as we ALL know I could have done on my own for around $150 less. I've been using Verizon for 10 years and I went to this store due to it's closeness to my father's retirement home only AFTER the other store owned by this same person was locked and unopen when it should have been open, so I had to drive two miles down the road. I will never go to a none Verizon store again.

I went inside the store yesterday temperature nearing 100 degrees hot! Looked inside, I saw one customer service person and one customer inside. A sign was placed outside the door, WAIT HERE"... of some sort. I was was puzzled... are we still in COVID mode? As I was about to leave the rep appeared angry and opened the door; allowing the door to close in my face. She did not say a word, (no greeting) turned and walked away and continued to assist the customer at a table. I waited a few minutes and asked was she alone? She rudely said YES! ...rolled her eyes and said, I'll help you when I am through with this customer. I waited over 25 minutes and two additional customers were allowed to enter the store. I noticed the change in her demeanor as she greeted these two. I wait an additional 15 minutes, when she finally lifted her head to look at me, to rudely asked me what I needed, while still assisting the first customer. She reluctantly got out of her chair and flick through my phone's settings...lying. I know some things about the phone's settings. I knew that she was lying just to get me out the store. So, I didn't bother to ask any questions. I plan to report this independent store to Verizon Corp because I felt that I was treated differently than the other customers that entered into the store. I know good help is hard to find but treating certain customers in this manner is unacceptable.
