Horrible...we have a business in Melrose Park and haven't received mail in four days! Often receive other people's mail and lost checks.

The lady at the counter was to busy on her phone when I asked her to perform a task as simple as checking my mailbox in the back she yelled no with alot of attitude ! If she doesn't want to work in the front why is she up there ? So rude I’m in disbelief !

DO YOUR JOB AND DELIVER PEOPLES MAIL AND PACKAGES LIKE YOU SHOULD!!!! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF NOT GETTING MY MAIL AND PACKAGES BEING RETURNED BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOB!!!!! WORST POSTAL SERVICE EVER!!!!!
