This place deserves a 5 star review I come to this location a lot. the Manager Camille Steps in to help out the workers When they need her. She is so nice To her staff It makes the atmosphere nice. Good energyshe cares about the customers experience And wants us to keep coming back.

They are usually close by 7:40 , should change the time to 7:30 . I just feel like it's a false advertisement if you're open til 8.

At 7:40pm on August 2nd at this starbucks we arrived while there was one person ahead of us in line. While we waited for a person to take our order we waited around 10 minutes to finally get ahead in line. Right as we were stepping up to the counter at 7:50pm the lady goes “we are not taking orders anymore”. Politely we stated that we should have been notified before we waited in line and reminded them that the store was not closed yet. The other employee then stated that they were training another lady. However that statement has nothing to do with the fact that they allowed people to wait in line believing that they were going to take their order. As we walked away, the employee yells to us “why are you so immature”. This was very rude to say not only as a service worker but a person. We weren’t being rude in any manner but instead insisting that they put a sign up the next time they decided that the store closed early because there was a line of people waiting regardless. Next time don’t allow people to wait in line only for them to finally get to the counter after we spent time in line to deny them their order to their face. Nonetheless call the customer immature.

Starbucks pretentious usage of Italian vocabulary for size differences can be difficult to even comprehend for myself and even there own employees. Ordered a large drink but was given a medium. Just observing the trash in the trash bins, even with graphic icons advising folks what is landfill trash vs recycling, we still fail as a country and you want to use Italian vocabulary for the size orders...sorry but with growth and expansion of Starbucks to new consumer base and workforce, you've also taken on people less sophisticated and pretentious to using foreign vernacular terminology. My advice which also happens to be the greatest advice provided to me is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid).Then the protocols of Starbucks management not being able to just provide a large size cup and dump my medium size drink into it and topping it off, this is entering into a whole new level of idiocracy, inefficiency and wastefulness. The employee had to be shamed into making a whole new large size drink due to company policy of not being able to take back a newly made drink that happened to be provided in the wrong size cup. As a consumer, I guess it's good to have Starbucks employees make mistakes so you can have two drinks for the price of one but i wasn't even in a hustling mood or mindset, I was just trying to get a large size drink.

They never have chai, pumpkin, or anything. The employees are too busy gossiping instead of taking care of customers.

I tried this location 3 times & it’s always a bad experience.The first time the employee was rude.The second time it was thirty minutes before closing, there was 1 person in front of me the employee took her order and told me she was closed.. ok. I went the other Starbucks on North Ave and they were also closing but they gladly took my order.The third time again the employee cashier was so rude I could even tell that her coworker was bothered by her.. when I got my drinks I said thank you and they didn’t even bother to say anything back.Just go to the other Starbucks on NORTH AVE it’s WAY better.

to preface: it’s a target starbucks. don’t expect a lot.there was one person working here at the time so the line was extremely slow. we paid $28 for three orders of the dragon fruit drink w/ vanilla, and we got three glasses of milk. extremely disappointed.edit: there’s a standalone starbucks just around the corner. do yourself a favor and head over there instead.

Is very unprofessional very disorganized. People wait in line for long periods of time trying to order what they want just to find out they don't have it in stock And then there's stuck waiting in line because you can't move with all the cars in front of you and behind you So then you're just stock waiting. That's like McDonald's not having the big Mac. You would think Starbucks would be more organized than McDonald's especially Because Starbucks is more expensive. They need better management or something if you know you're getting low on something shouldn't you think it's better to double up. This isn't the 1st time it happened multiple times people getting people get frustrated waiting waiting in that line for nothing ending up late for work for nothing
