Lady was rude on the phone. Specifically told her I wanted information on how she structures pricing because I don't know what I want. She said I can't help you until you know what you want. I Had to reply in the same tone and say "I won't know what I want until I have information I need. Her tone changed after that and was helpful but it was too much back and forth. I shouldn't have to be rude to the vendor to get an adequate response.

If you want to deal with a RUDE,money hungry, DYING flowers this is your spot. Worst customer service and over priced for ugly flowers wouldn't recommend this spot

The person I sent the arrangement to hasn't even received it yet. I called this AM to get an estimated delivery time and the owner wasn't even aware of the order. She stated " I wish I would have known earlier I have an event right now. They will be delivered around 1pm its now 1:25 and I called her to get an update and she said " who is this for I stated the persons name and she rudely said it gone now I don't know who took it but its gone. They will get it.1. how are you not aware of the online orders?2. why treat your customers with rudeness? My order was over $100 and she was supper rude. NEVER AGAIN

My niece died very unexpectedly at Christmas, and on Sunday, February 13, I was visiting her grave for the first time since her funeral. It was very important to my brother that we bring a specific arrangement of pink and white flowers. I showed up at Squires at the very last minute, totally forgetting that it was the day before Valentine's Day -- and I had not preordered. I told the owners what I was looking for and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Because it was Valentine's Day, they were out of pink flowers, but knowing how important this was to my brother, the owner actually PAINTED a bouquet for me and put them in a vase that we could stake in the ground at the cemetery, as there is no headstone yet. The arrangement was beautiful. This type of kindness and customer service is rarely seen these days and it meant so much to my family. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Prices are too high for bad quality flowers. She sold me dying stained roses. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wasted my day waiting for these flowers to arrive from my cousins to bring to my mom in the hospital, eight pm on the dot they came (and I'm sure my family paid big money for an arrangement) that looked like someone's little kid thew a bunch of flowers in a vase and had their mom deliver them...so disappointed that people can get away with poor service like this this..

Called to see if we could set up a time to come in and talk to her about our wedding in 10 months. She tells us she "doesn't need to see us." We need to wait because she is busy and she wont give us pricing because we dont need to plan this early. She then goes on to tell us that she wont even provide an idea on pricing because that's not what she does. Her attitude was by far the worst customer service I've ever heard and after reading the reviews sounds like her pricing is out of control too. Would not even recommend giving this place a shot.

I am the Music Director for a church in Herscher (west of Kankakee). One of our members had heart surgery at Loyola Hospital Maywood. Called and spoke to one of the staff and expalined what I wanted. A nice arrangement for around $60 that would be suitable or a guy. Although the final price came out to $84 with tax and delivery they created a beautiful arrangement that will last for some time. It looks like it is worth every penny. They certainly didn't skimp on the flowers, and created a truly stunning arrangement. Our choir member called and thanked us for such a striking arrangement and how much it meant to him and his wife. Thank you Squires Florist for helping us show our thoughts and prayers for our friend. Great job!
