Place is so unprofessional they take all the good stuff and sell it to thier friends and family I ordered shoes from in the store and the day it said my order arrived they didn’t answer the phone for 2days and couldn’t find my order even though it said arrived on the app

I came here to try and buy some shoes yet no one came to help me, I decided to leave after I told a worker I needed help and he just kept chatting with another person. When I was walking out the door I was rudely told "adios amigo" like if I was a person who didn't speak English.

Terrible customer service. I was buying my daughter a couple of pairs of Dunks on 6/6/23 and they wouldn't let her use the bathroom. She is a kid. Needless to say I left them there. I will buy them elsewhere even if it cost more. Service and customer appreciation I a number one in my book. Numeral uno.
